Discount Equestrian UK Ltd Opiniones

Popped in to purchase a replacement Helite Air Vest canister, also purchased lots of supplements for our horses to keep them performing at their best. Lots of Christmas ideas on shelves too 😍

Knowledgeable helpful staff, I’ll be back Birthday & Chrimbo shopping very soon 🌟

I ordered from the EU.

While happy with the product, the lack of paperwork sent with the product had it held up in customs for one week, pending completion of the necessary work on my end.

Sending the relevant information with the package would have helped clear customs much quicker (usual shipping info like weight and value, cost of shipment, item number, product description, proof of the purchase etc.).

Will have difficulty ordering again without a more streamlined process for export to EU.

Excellent amount of equine stock. Knowledgable staff with good customer service, whom are also Horsey people.
Excellent up to date website.
Great location just off the A19 South Bound County Durham. Easy to get to North Bound A19.

My product arrived beautifully packaged very fast delivery great customer service very helpful staff would definitely use them again thank you so much lesley

I absolutely LOVED their bootfinder. I was skeptical about this at first as it’s a lot of money to throw down the drain and I’d have never heard of this brand before! But my boots arrived not even a day later!!! It’s such fast delivery I assumed it’d take a week+.

I now have perfectly fitting boots with extra room for my riding socks & jogpurs! I’m so so happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommendation to this brand! And they are so helpful helping wise if you give them a message.

Visited here recently to purchase an air jacket. The staff member was extremely helpful and showed me a few different types. I was able to try them on in store to get the correct fit. I would certainly recommend to others to have a visit. Great prices and a lovely knowledgeable place to visit.

Purchased a Xmas gift that didnt fit, the exchange process was easy, friendly polite and ultra efficient. Testament to a company that delivers great customer service!

Excellent customer service always happy to help. Nothing is a bother and will happily order in if not in stock

Ordered some Lemieux toys for my daughter. There was a slight issue with one of the items being unexpectedly out of stock, but they contacted me promptly and sorted out a substitute quickly. Parcel was then posted next day.

I bought a new riding hat here, infact its my second new hat from here. It's my go to place as they have such a variety. The girl that helped me was knowledgable and helpful.
I've also bought online and always been quick to deliver.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! Would highly recommend. Was so pleased to find a product which i couldn't find anywhere else and the delivery was so quick! Very thoughtful company!

Ordered horse advent calendars from these guys quiet a few times this month and always being given a tracking number straight away when asked and same day dispatch email advent calendars come very well packaged I really cannot fault these guys at all thank you so much ..

Ordered twice from this company. Both times I've had to ask where my delivery is.
Both times I've been given different excuses as to why its not been sent 1-2weeks later. Convenient that both times they've then sent the parcels that day.

Sadly paid this company over £100 for riding boots which never arrived. My first enquiry to them received an unhelpful response that the goods came from Sweden and would take up to 2 weeks, which was clearly stated on the web page. I replied this wasn't the case, and they could make this clearer. No response. I allowed them 3 weeks before chasing again. No response. Finally I chased twice more asking for a refund which was put through with an apology for the delay but no explanation as to why the goods had never arrived. Who knows how long they would have sat on my money and I doubt I would ever have received anything. In contrast a similar company sent me the same boots within 48 hours and were dispatched within 2 hours!

Great Customer Service, I received a pair of Tredstep boots and they broke within the first two months. I contacted them and they organised a replacement in 2 days!

Thank you to the Team

Prompt delivery of my order, thank you for the great service.

Excellent product and service form Discount Equestrian and Courtney. Despite a change of preferences from my side, the team turned things around super efficiently, product arrived the next day. Great service and support !

You find out how good a company is when you have an issue.. I had an issue with 1 item I purchased, they could not be more helpful to resolve, all sorted in 24 hours. Great customer service, would defo recommend . 5 stars...

Bought my very anxious 18.2hh horse the science supplements ProKalm and it's the best product on the market, the best thing about it is that it doesn't take the performance aspect off at all, its a very good product and you can see results very quickly
