I can’t praise this company enough. Following a horrendous experience with another mobility spares company I tried this one. I called to check they had the tyre & inner tube I needed and was dealt with by a really lovely gentleman not only did he physically check the stock but posted my items immediately after I completed the online order. AND items arrived today, the day after I ordered them. Honestly this is customer service the way it should be. I wish there were more people and companies like this one. Thank you so much.

I ordered a tyre for my scooter mid afternoon on a Friday and they dispatched it thesame day. Itarrived first thing Monday morning I fitted it and all in time for my dogs morning walk.

I ordered a BattBoost device from them last year, and that order was super smooth and painless.

But what really makes them stand out is that just yesterday I had an incident where some teenagers blocking my path caused my power chair to hit a metal railing, and the discharge cable got absolutely obliterated.

Richard not only replied to my email on a Friday evening, but he arranged for a replacement cable to be mailed out so fast that it arrived this morning.

That's going above and beyond, and I am so grateful for such amazing customer service.

Bought 1 fuse..ended up costing 17.95...thought I had to get special fuse 2 fit the scooter...turns out you could buy exactly the same fuse on ebay for 75% less!.... feeling ripped off...check b4 u buy!

I contacted Discount Scooters trying to find a spare part for my mobility scooter. I had tried other sites and no-one seemed to know the part number, let alone who might have the part I needed. However, THIS company helped me very quickly. I gave them some details and sent a photo of the part and they came back to me very quickly with the part number and how much it would cost me to buy it from them (through their supplier). I asked them to go ahead and order it for me and it arrived just a few days later. Really, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Richard, who helped me most with this, was outstanding. Excellent company !

The team have gone above and beyond for me when needing a new battery for my scooter. I ordered the wrong one and they were able to order the correct one and swap them over all within a short amount of time. I then needed a safety sticker to take the battery on a flight and they have also sourced this for me. I will use them again and would recommend to others.
