The product is of low quality and the materials are far inferior to others on the market, it's only use is "FIT FOR THE BIN". The customer service is absolutely useless, they even offered a £25 goodwill gesture lol, which I declined. reading all the other negative reviews I don't know how this company can servive. If I could I'd give a 0 star.

I’ve had a cheap clothes rail for years and it was starting to become a concern. This new white rail looks amazing is really sturdy and I love it thanks.

Please do not waste your cash buying clothes rails from Amazon, Argos etc, when you can buy from these guys. Yes, they are a little more, however, I currently have 25 coats hung on my rail( several are winter coats and my husbands heavy leather jackets) and this rail holds all without any issues. It’s easy to move around as it’s on wheels and it absolutely does the job. It cost around £50 I think but I had already spent nearly that on several rails which took up to much space. Love it. Thanks

⛔️⛔️terrible service because I wanted to return a faulty clothe rail. it just could not be assembled eventhough the webside said assembly is quick and easy,thats why i bought them the other one i bought was up in 10min,but this one was faulty.heidi delt with it in a very unprofessional manner, she kept saying to use more force but apparently
its quick and easy to put up ?.i told her that iam 65 and disabled with arthritis and i wish i had more force.than she said i can not return it because it was assembled. No heidi it was not,because it was faulty and it could not be fully assembled.the bottom bar and 1 side were assembled and the rest did not fit together..you send me a link to a you tube video which was not available to watch so what did you want me to do.i got in contacted with my credit card company about this,I think it was called a retail dispute and was told what to write in my last email to displaysence.finally after days of being distressed and ringing them i could return it. and it was received by them on 12.8.24..today is the 16.9.24.yesterday 17.9.24 the 1st contact after 5 weeks via email not mentioning the faulty rail just the review i left which i changed.Today ella rung and explained the situation and I now understand why the no contact,thank you ella this was much appreciated.

Not really and why would you do that....your webside clearly says ,it's quick and easy to assemble ,,4 hours spend trying to put it together,does this sound like it was ,,quick and easy,,my heart was racing,I could hardly breathe.this was the point i had enough.the quick and easy assembly did not happen as your weside said.

We spent a significant amount of time assisting you with the assembly process and provided video instructions to help resolve the issue. We sympathise with your health concerns, but based on our assessment, the clothes rail was not faulty; rather, the challenge appeared to be with assembly. Our double-tiered clothes rails are commercial-grade and do require a bit more effort to assemble compared to standard rails.
As you have now initiated a retail dispute through your bank, the matter is out of our hands, and we have provided the bank with all necessary information. We will work with them to ensure a fair resolution, as we are confident that we have acted correctly in this matter.
