Oh my god I should trust the reviews. Before i ordered with this company.Ordered shoes for my sister birthday two weeks after my order not even been send. I contact The customer service at first they was nice then just simply ignore me. Twice i reqewsted refund but nobody replay. Today i get notification my shoes been send two weeks and 4 days after i pleace the order i don’t have to explain how this make me feel as i will finish with shoes i not longer need It And they not even my size so i can’t keep them. Well if they actualy arrive. Rubish company, rubish customer services. Never experience this before And i will be raport this to Trading Standards Officer.

Am Anfang war ich skeptisch aber Heute,7 Tage nach der Bestellung sind meine Schuhe(NB 754) angekommen.Die sind original und gleich wie im Bild.
Die war meine erste Erfahrung und kann ich weiter empfehlen.

I ordered some Adidas trainers for my son - at least a tenner cheaper than in the UK either online or in the shops. Order placed 28 November. I emailed them on 4 December to check delivery date and I received a reply the same day providing the DPD tracking number. They've arrived this morning, great trainers definitely genuine. Can't fault them - I would definitely buy from this website again.

I was a bit skeptical buying from here initially because I had never heard of this website before. It turns out it is based in Poland, I was so desperate to buy a pair of trainers that were out of stock everywhere I proceeded. I messed up the address a bit and contacted customer service straight away to report it, they did not change it and I had to contact the courier (DPD) directly for them to change it, thats why I have given them 4 stars instead of 5.

Apesar das criticas negativas, arrisquei e mandei vir uns tênis newbalance pois compensava bastante o preço. Chegou tudo direitinho e rápido. Recomendo

Honnêtement j'avais des doutes sur se site après avoir vu se site de commentaires je perdez espoir j'ai acheté mes aire force one le 28 novembre et je l'ai et reçu aujourd'hui le 4 décembre je trouve rapide la livraison depuis la Pologne 🇵🇱 le seul problème la boîte était un peux en mauvaise état mais emballée sous un sac pour les protéger du transport mais elle sont neuve

Ordered my daughter some Vans for Xmas as I couldn't get the size anywhere else. As soon as I purchased them I started to panic after reading reviews.
They came this morning and I've compared them to a pair she already has and can't find any indication that they are fake.

On a Thursday afternoon I ordered a pair of Nikes expecting a shipping time of <24h with DPD courier, as stated in every different pages in the ordering and check-out system. After completing the order, I receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the order will be dispatched 1-2 working days after the payment has been credited to their account. That's something wholly different than a shipping time of <24h. Not too much of a problem normally, just a bummer. However, I was supposed to be leaving the address that I registered the order on by the next Saturday, so I heavily relied on the promised shipping time. I contacted the customer service stating my problem and the issue with the information given on their website. So, as is supposed to be possible with just about any webshop, I requested a change in the order address (before I received a confirmation of payment and long before the order had been dispatched). The next day, I receive a short reply where is stated that when choosing a courier company (at check-out), the "lead time" is mentioned with an explanation that "lead time" is not the same as "delivery time". The statement that "lead time" is mentioned anywhere is simply false.
The very same morning I replied with an explanation as to how the "lead time" is mentioned nowhere while ordering and the only delivery time indication mentioned is the 24h shipping time (= time between submitting an order and receiving the product(s)).
Seems like this clears things up and a decent company would want to resolve this communicative error, right? Well not this one, cause at the end of the day I just receive a message that the order has been executed and dispatched for the old, faulty address.
So I contact them Again, asking how we will fix this quite significant problem. Five days later and still no answer. This makes me feel like this company does the very least regarding customer service, then hides abroad and just waits for the problem to go away by letting the customer just suck it up.
That's a really unpleasant vibe to get off a company.

They do have a pretty nice selection of Nikes though.

I live in Manchester, ENGLAND and i was weary because this shop was in Poland and so I had no English speaking reference that I could go to ..I gotta say I twice nearly ordered from this seller and twice cancelled at the last second because of the reviews on here, then I did my own research, checked out their Instagram page, 40k plus followers, checked out the webpage shop and any relating videos and then I made an informed decision and purchased a pair of Nike Air Force 1’s that I couldn’t get anywhere in the UK as they were constantly out of stock.
Well... made the order, paid by PayPal for piece of mind and the item was dispatched the very next day, communication was immediate in the form of an invoice and a DPD delivery schedule tracker. The parcel arrived 2 days later to my address, perfectly packaged in a distance eu wrap bag, the trainers were boxed, no damage, absolutely brand new, no marks whatsoever, just brilliant, I’m very happy with the service and so on my experience I would definitely recommend distance eu.

I ordered some trainers for my partner for Christmas from Distance; I couldn’t find his size anywhere else at all so I took a chance and bought these ones. Delivery time was great especially considering it has come from overseas, my parcel was not damaged and the shoes are great - and perfect sizing. Great experience for me just disappointed not everyone has had the same.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews that’s why I was hesitant to buy from distance. I bought a pair of Nike zoom 2k tried all over couldn’t get the size . I had no problem with distance it took total 5 days delivered by DPD. Trainers were not fake it was spot on . I would buy again from them. A few negative experience for customers should let you think bad about the company .

Sent a return 4 weeks ago and it was probably lost in tranzit and nobody wants to help me get my 300 euros back.

Its terrible
1. It takes a week for next day delivery (minor i know but you also pay €8)

2. They sent me the wrong size

3. I still haven’t received a confirmation for a return. I am chasing them per email for a week now. There is no automatic process. I never had such bad experience ordering online before

STAY WELL CLEAR SEND WRONG ITEMS. WELL NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR MONEY, YOUR BE VERY DISAPOINTED....

I found some trainers I really liked but could only find them from this store online. I placed the order despite some negative reviews. I received my trainers in perfect condition just 6 days after I placed the order.
I received email updates too from the seller.

Ich habe am 9.11.2020 eine Jacke und Mütze bestellt, habe den Service von DHL genommen wo man alles in 24 Stunden bekommt. Am 10.11.2020 habe ich eine Email bekommen wo eine Verzögerung stattfindet. Es wird nicht einmal angegeben wie viele Tage Verzögerung es gibt. Am 13.11.2020 bekomme ich eine Email das die Bestellung nun endlich versendet wurde. Am 17.11.2020 rufe ich dort an, weil das Paket immer noch nicht da war und bei DHL keine Email kam mit der Trackingnummer. Im Gespräch wo ich Englisch reden musste, weil keiner Deutsch konnte (was auch auf der Website stand, dass Sie Deutsch sprechen) wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Sendung noch gar nicht versendet wurde und immer noch im Lager bei Ihnen liegt. Wenn ich das Paket bis Ende der Woche nicht habe, fordere ich eine Rückerstattung!!!!

Schlechtester Service und schlechteste Struktur die ich je gesehen habe.
