Should have read the reviews first sadly...I made the order from 30 November and still hasn’t arrived.DHL says the gave me fake number of track and now they do not respond to any of my emails for almost 2 weeks!!!please don’t buy!!!!

UGG ULTRAMINI ROCK ROSE - PERFECT
Ho effettuato un acquisto il 1 gennaio 2021, e solo dopo, mi sono preoccupata di guardare le recensioni.
Ero timorosa perchè molte erano negative.
Con mia grande felicità invece, gli UGG ordinati (il mio numero era introvabile) ultramini rock rose sono arrivati, perfetti e soprattutto originali.
I tempi di spedizione promessi non sono stati rispettati, ma temo anche a causa dell'emergenza Covid che stiamo vivendo. Quando ho chiesto info in merito al mio ordine, mi è stato prontamente risposto sia tramite email che su messenger alla loro pagina Facebook.
Non posso che dare 5 stelle per tutto!

I have ordered sneakers and a t shirt. I prepaid and they send me only the sneakers. I contacted them and they said at first that they forwarded my case to the relevant department. They now stopped answering. I am gone report them to : ec.europa.eu as a fraud. Anyone with similar issue should do the same. It's unacceptable what they are doing. This should stop. Consumers have rights.

UNVERSCHÄMT! Stornierung nicht möglich, teure Rückzahlung!
Ich habe Schuhe bestellt und diese in der gleichen Minute wieder per Mail storniert, da ich es mir anders überlegt hatte. Am Telefon ging niemand ran, per Mail kam verzögert die Antwort, dass ich meine Bestellung nicht mehr stornieren könnte. Ich habe die Mail (um sicher zu gehen) mehrmals abgeschickt, zu spät kann sie nicht angekommen sein!!!!
Es ist total unverschämt, dass das Paket trotzdem losgeschickt wurde und ich mich jetzt um den teuren Rückversand kümmern muss (der liegt bei ca 14€).
Jetzt bin ich nur noch gespannt bis mir mein Geld zurückerstattet wird.

I was massively put off by some of the reviews on here but ordered these trainers from the UK as literally no where in the UK had them in stock. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they arrived about 3 days later from Poland via DPD. Would highly recommend

Kann nur in aller Form davon abraten. Hatte eine Retoure da die falsche Größe geschickt worden ist. Habe diese zurück geschickt und habe nur durch den Käuferschutz von Paypal mein Geld zurück bekommen.

Great if you don't need to return items!
Order goods, which arrived within timeframe. Goods received where not the correct size (as ordered), acknowledgement from company admitting their error & agreement for FOC courier to collect for return & refund. No further communication has been forthcoming, despite numerous emails to both UK & HO email addresses to progress within the 14 days. My account now appears to be blocked!
My advice is STAY CLEAR - better to pay more from the original brand website and have the peace of mind of customer service satisfaction.

Achtung, teurer Rückversand
Achtung, es gibt keine Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland! Teurer Rückversand nach Polen (15,99€ DHL). Da die Größe leider nicht passte, musste ich zwei Paar zurück senden. Kundenservice antwortet schnell, aber sehr abgeklärt. Kein Entgegenkommen auch bei einer neuen Bestellung in der richtigen Größe nicht. Nein danke, da kaufe ich lieber bei einem Unternehmen das kundenorientierte Lösungen anbietet.
