Friendly team. Good pricing (compared to cex). Would buy from them again.

My phone stopped opening Word attachments to emails. It took Distex about 15 minutes to solve the problem and it now works perfectly. The Distex guy would not take any payment despite my trying to insist. This is a great company that cares about providing a service rather than just selling things.

True to the description I would say that the phone was New not second hand very pleased with it

Asked about a console they had on the website and Facebook marketplace where it was listed as brand new and sealed.
I purchased the legion go console on the website for store collection and after travelling to collect I arrived to a used item that wasn’t factory sealed at all.
I asked what happened and apparently one of the staff members had ‘broken the sealed box to check the contents’
I wasted my time travelling and arrived to a shop selling used goods as new ones.
I immediately asked for a refund and was told it would be up to 10 working days for my refund.

Dodgy shop, would not trust and would advise to avoid completely.

As per the reply from Distex, the item was not sealed in the box and on checking the contents in the shop it was not sealed inside the box either.
I had the email from Distex showing the refund may take 10 working days which I can upload as proof.

The distex team was brilliant helping me with my phone and was very quick , highly recommend!

purchased an iPad Pro M4 13” (2024) for £925. seemed to be in good working order until the first time I put it on charge. the screen went and it looked like it had been dropped. it was under warranty for 12 months apparently so because it was no fault of my own, i took it back to distex. they basically said it’s had an impact and they refused to honour the warranty. obviously was sold knowing the screen would go sooner rather than later which would explain why it was up so cheap. had to buy a new iPad because the iPad is so new that phones shops have to get the screens directly from Apple and Nono e has them stocked or can get hold of them.

Perfect, I bought 3 phones and a laptop and I'm really very satisfied, very nice service, they explained everything to me, I'm very satisfied, thank you very much

Recieved exactly what I ordered and to the excellent condition on the description . Very well packaged in original samsung box in bubble wrap foam wrap in an outer box and fast insured trackable special delivery. Item is in pristine new condition. Would highly recommend Distex Rotherham branch and I will be back to see if they have my next tech item when I need it.
