Always excellent service and great prices

Went to Distex this morning, needed to resolve a problem with my new Samsung phone regarding transfer of data,especially contacts,this was undertaken by a member of staff whilst I waited,I was very pleasantly surprised when told that all I owed was to post a review on the website,Brilliant job Distex,thank you,will use again.

Brilliant service from Distex. Had an issue and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you again.

Purchased an iPhone 16 Pro max 1tb from Distex and I can honestly say it's been a seamless experience, literally just like buying one from Apple. Been using the phone for a while now and it's been perfect so thumbs up guys thanks!

I heard about distex on red road fm . I needed help with my computer because it got a virus and my email address had been hacked !

Nothing was to much trouble for the friendly staff they helped to secure my computer and for a very reasonable cost .

Have recommended to all friends and family what a great job thank you .

Quick and easy service, went in for a quote for my iPhone 11 and they repaired it within the hour. Friendly staff, nice little shop however gets quite busy. Will be recommending to family and friends

Bought a new phone from Distex, really helpful staff. They set it all up and transferred my stuff over for free. Quick and easy, would use them again.

Fantastic Service. I can't rate them highly enough. I thought that my Samsung Tab S6 had seen its end. They repaired it and it looks and works as new. Fast return service. I posted it on Tuesday and I received it back fully repaired on Friday. Great communication. Great price for the repair.

5 stars! Had my phone repaired in December and VERY pleased with the service. I brought it in first thing and it was done a few hours later, customer service was excellent!! Very reasonable prices for a brilliant shop. Would recommend to all my family and friends! Wouldn’t go anywhere else from now.

Had to take legal action as I was sold a faulty iPad which became faulty after 19 months of use a screen went blank and never turned back on. I was a little
Late bringing it in due to house move. When calling it was this private company they stated it was out of warranty which dose not come into it if there is a fault luckily I’m covered by law as the company do not reply to any emails at all. I know they do payment plans which makes things easier for some but be very aware if there’s a fault and your out of warranty they will push the blame and try brushing it off and will not respond to emails if you need your account number/order number to contact trading standards, consumer ombudsman, consumer line or making a court claim for money which is needed but not necessary. I’ve just had to buy a bran new iPad from curry’s last week because I’d rather claim due to unfair trading. Be very careful when approaching this private company

My old phone was bought in uk sim free unlocked. looked after it. Battery needed changing because of its age and the headphone port wasn’t working.

Messaged Distex on facebook. I bought a replacement part for the headphone jack and couldn’t install it myself that was included in the box. They offered £70 I was happy sent the phone to them paid for postage myself. They messaged back saying the screen has burnt. The picture they sent didn’t even show the fault. I sold it regardless I needed the money they couldn’t bargain with me and only offered £50.No proper explanation I had to ask why or what does this mean and it was horrible service. No suggestions or advice given like I’m sorry. Keep in mind the phone was mint small signs of wear and the accessories of the phone were untouched except the charger plug.

Checked their page on 21/06 and the phone I sold to them is being sold 3 times the price shocking around £140.If you’re posting your phone to sell or going into their store just stay away scam tactics. Best to sell your old devices elsewhere. Only posting this so people are aware and don’t make the same mistake I did. Literal scammers

On all three occasions the items were sent by special delivery (next-day, insurance and extra safety). They helped me know which type of screen replacement; extremely helpful with any issues and questions to the point of replacing my entire camera for free after I originally thought just getting the lense would be enough to fix my issue and also sent me a free SIM card tray after it was misplaced without me even asking. Really patient with all my issues and generous beyond belief in their response and offers. They would also always reply to my DMs on Instagram very swiftly and clearly. They offer an extremely wide range of different repairs/replacements for all sorts of models and brands.
The company was far cheaper than anywhere else I looked and yet despite that they offered to go the extra mile.
Can't reccomend this place enough, was absolutely blown away on all accounts and will absolutely recommend them to others should they need their phone fixing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
