It’s always an amazing experience. You always learn so much and Jules is always warm and welcoming. Even though they are cooking classes the hospitality is impeccable, it keeps wanting you going back to learn more. You always meet new people and classes are very informative!

THE CLASS WAS REALLY INSTRUCTIVE HOWEVER THE AMOUNT COVERED DID NOT FIT THE TIME WELL AND WAS SOMETIMES RATHER HECTIC AND CHAOTIC. MANY PEOPLE CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO UNWIND IN THE COMPANY OF LIKE MINDED OTHERS AND TO LEARN SOMETHING IN THE PROCESS.
THE LEARNING WAS GOOD BUT MISSED BREAKS AND MILD CONFUSION DID NOT ADD TO THE EXPERIENCE. THIS WAS A SHAME AND CHELSEA DID A GREAT JOB SMOOTHING GAPS AND KEEPING PEOPLE ENGAGED. GERRY WAS ALSO A TOUR DE FORCE AND WAS A MOST ENGAGING HOST.
THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER DIVIDED INTO TWO EVENTS AND CONSTRUCTED OF TWO COOKS AND A DEMONSTRATION. THIS WOULD ALSO HAVE AVOIDED RUNNING OUT OF PROOFING SPACE AND OVENS.
THIS WAS A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND VERY INFORMATIVE, BUT ENTHUSIASTIC CREATORS SOMETIMES NEED A LITTLE GUIDANCE WHEN OFFERING A TEACHING EXPERIENCE FOR THE UNINITIATED.
THIS WAS GREAT BUT COULD BE FINESSED TO MAKE IT REALLY EXCEPTIONAL.

One item of the order we received was incorrect, I emailed customer service and within half an hour Rowen telephoned me offering options and solutions.
I was SO impressed - really outstanding.

Fantastic experience. My wife and l throughly enjoyed the cookery course. A whole load of fun from start to finish. We highly recommend this day out. Who knew that in the basement there is a fully equipped state of the art kitchen where you can have a sumptuous lunch with fine wines prepared for you by highly skilled chefs, bake your own bread, cakes and all sorts of goodies and get to take them home with you afterwards.

Top class customer service

Good product and excellent delivery service.

Fast dispatch and delivery. Very happy with my purchase

Raclette arrived on time. Used it today. Loved it.Ideal for 2.

Usually five stars for me but this year their packing materials for courier delivery let them down. Items ordered were not sent in a firm box to protect them. And two items had sale stickers on them that were impossible to remove, leaving tacky residue.

I love this company for their product range and long experience.

The second replacement plate arrived safely and intact. Much better packaging, thank you.

Very good packaging and speedy service - thank you!

Fabulous Aga demo! Small and very intimate allowing for lots of questions and helpful tips from Nay (Aga) and Jules (Divertimenti). Also delicious food - I’m looking forward to receiving the recipes! Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone who has a new/old Aga. It’s reignited my passion for cooking!
