⭐ 1-Star Review – Unprofessional & Misleading Business Practices
I had a very disappointing experience with Divine Vitals and would not recommend this company.
I placed my order on 12/3/2025. The website clearly stated shipping would take 3–5 business days, but after three weeks I still had not received my order. I had to reach out myself and was told there was a “slight delay.” After another week with no progress, I requested a refund.
On 12/26/2025, my order finally arrived — and it was still incorrect.
• I ordered Batana Hair Growth, but was sent Batana Oil, which is not the same product.
• I ordered Organic Soursop Leaf Capsules, but only received 20 capsules, not a full bottle.
• I was charged $8.00 for shipping protection, yet the company itself was the problem, not the shipping.
• There is no phone number to call.
• Emails are either ignored or answered very late, if at all.
This company does not communicate, does not deliver orders correctly, and does not honor what is advertised on their website. Taking a customer’s money, delaying orders for weeks, and then sending incomplete or incorrect products is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I regret doing business with Divine Vitals and strongly advise others to be cautious.
