Chris the owner has been amazingly helpful. The service is the best I have seen for a long time. He was super helpful discussing products (via the messenger on his website) and helped with recommendation, he wasn’t just trying to sell me something like a lot of retailers do. He was honest and very quick to respond, great prices and overall if I could give more than five stars I certainly would. I’ll be back if I need anything in the future for sure. Great service and rapid delivery!
Recently came back from a trip where my DIN cap was busted by a member of the crew after a dive and I also bust a clip on my mask after my final dive of the trip. Came back home and searched for the parts required and only one site had them both in stock - Diving Direct!
Ordered the parts on Sunday, they were shipped on Monday and arrived Wednesday (we live in the middle of Wales).
Really pleased with the service, comms and pricing! Have stored as a favourite for when I need some more kit, not just spare parts!

Prescription snorkel set
Ordered prescription snorkel set only a couple of weeks before my holiday. Denny Diving turned my order around in a few days, keeping me up to speed with the order progress. Set arrived well ahead of time. Quality of snorkel set is great.
