I tested a few other agencies before DK Closers.io, 7th Level. Most just tried to bolt generic scripts onto my business. This team actually took time to understand the fitness space, rebuilt my offer from scratch, and marketed it. The difference in client quality is night and day. Huge ROI.

I've seen third-party sales teams use aggressive, sleazy tactics that ruin a brand's reputation. DK Closers uses a highly consultative approach. They sell with integrity and actually disqualify bad-fit leads. My clients feel respected during the buying process.

They placed a dedicated remote closer in our business who actually understood our high-ticket offer. The commission splits are premium, but they earn it by managing the follow-up pipeline meticulously. We did have a minor delay getting our CRM integrated, but it's been smooth since.

As the founder, I was spending 6 hours a day on Zoom pitches, leaving me zero time to actually fulfill client work. Handing the reigns over to DK Closers was terrifying, but they stepped in and maintained my 30% close rate within their first week. I finally have my time back.

These guys are amateurs. Charged us $10k and just copied all of Cole Gordan's ads. They dont respond in slack, and they will spend money on your card without notifying you. If you value honesty, communication and professionalism these guys probably are not for you.

They Don't Pay Their Own Vendors. That Should Tell You Everything.

I'm not a disgruntled customer — I'm a service provider who made the mistake of working WITH DK Closers. They contracted our agency for a full month of services, received everything they asked for, and then refused to pay. Full stop. No dispute about quality. No complaint during the engagement. They simply decided they weren't going to honor the invoice.

Let me paint the picture for anyone considering giving these people money:

"James" isn't even his real name. The guy running this company operates under a fake identity. Ask yourself — why would someone running a legitimate, "3x award-winning" sales consulting firm feel the need to hide who they actually are? What kind of business owner won't put their real name on their own company? That alone should be a dealbreaker.

Ross was the point of contact, and he actively misled our team throughout the engagement. Strung us along with promises and assurances while they were apparently never planning to pay. Classic move — extract maximum value, then go dark when the bill comes.

They claim to manage $30M+ and scale companies to $1M/month — but they can't pay their own service providers? Their payment processor (Melio) has previously suspended their account. Read the other reviews here. There's a pattern: take the money or the services, create chaos around payment, then ghost.

The "awards" on their website are fabricated. Look closely. They're not from any recognized industry body. For a company that's supposedly been operating for 5+ years at this level, they have almost no verifiable online footprint — no BBB listing, no Google Business profile, barely any reviews. A company doing what they claim should have hundreds of reviews and case studies. They have a handful, and the negative ones all
describe the same pattern.

Here's what I wish someone had told me before we took them on as a client: The entire operation is built on appearances. Polished website, big claims, name-dropped endorsements. But behind the curtain, they don't pay people. They hide their identities. They mislead the people working with them. And when you try to hold them accountable, they disappear.

We're now pursuing legal action to recover what we're owed. I'm writing this so the next agency, freelancer, or vendor who gets approached by DK Closers can make an informed decision. And if you're a potential customer considering hiring them — just know that this is how they treat the people on their own team. If they'll stiff the vendors building their infrastructure, what do you think happens when YOUR results don't materialize and you want a refund?

Save your money. Save your time. Run.

These guys will say they can help you grow your business, but will take your money and you won't ever hear from them again. They are scammers.

I am writing this to warn other founders: Do not give DK Closers your money. My experience has been a textbook example of deceptive business practices.

The Timeline:

Jan 19, 2026: I paid a significant deposit, followed by the total fee a few days later. Ross was very responsive until their payment processor (Melio) suspended their account.
The "Double-Pay" Pressure: Once Melio flagged the transaction, DK Closers demanded I pay the full amount a second time through a different method.

They refused to start any work—even a simple strategy session—until they had a second payment in hand. They actually suggested I pay twice and "just cancel the first one later," with no guarantee my original funds would be returned.
The Ghosting: When I pushed back and insisted we move forward with the strategy session since I had already paid, they effectively went dark. Ross stopped responding to texts. I reached out to Ezra, who promised Ross would call, but no call or email ever came as of 02/18.

Major Red Flags I Found Too Late:

Fake Awards: The "awards" featured on their website appear to be AI-generated fakes upon closer inspection.

Suspicious History: They claim to have been in business for 5 years and manage $30 million, yet they have only 13 reviews on Trustpilot. No real standard onboarding practice. The math doesn't add up.

Zero Accountability: Instead of solving their own internal payment processor issues, they tried to make it my financial burden and then ghosted when I refused to be double-charged.
I have had no choice but to file a formal dispute with my credit card company as I have received zero services and zero communication regarding a refund. Stay far away from this company—they are unprofessional, non-responsive, and intentionally deceptive.

Need to give a huge shout out to the DK team. I previously sold a $2K- 5K program and the highest month we had was around $100k. We started with them back in August, we built an entirely new offer for $15K-30K and they literally created everything from scratch. We launched mid month, first 2 weeks only a couple sales. Then September we hit $600k. $600k our first month. When we had our next huddle, James and Ross were acting too normal, and I had to stop the meeting and say “Why are you guys not more excited! We just hit $600k first month this is crazy.” We’re projected to have our first 7-figure month early 2026.
I’ve said the words “you guys are geniuses” to them multiple times and I mean it. Very professional and also very humble about it. They obviously have a ton of experience at this level. Very grateful to DK and can’t recommend them enough.

I normally don’t write reviews because the review sites are unreliable for most sales & marketing companies, but felt like I should write this because this company is definitely underrated. We’ve worked with a few sales “consultants” before including closers io and most of them just talk in circles and make excuses when things don’t work as expected.
DK was more direct. Sometimes blunt. But things actually got fixed.
Sales calls stopped being chaotic. We stopped guessing at pricing. Lead cost went down and leads overall got better. The people we were closing before were lower income, now almost every client they’re pulling in is higher caliber. The sales process takes longer, but MRR and AOV have risen significantly. It wasn’t magic and it wasn’t instant, but after about a month it was obvious we weren’t going back to the old way. We’re in 6 figures MRR month 2 with them and just broke our previous sales record after Cyber week. We’ll be hitting over 400k in Jan on this track.
