James and the DK team has been incredible. When I first reached out, we were not the right fit as our business was not at the scale it needed for them to help. Deceptive, Lack of Transparency, Unprofessional, Disorganized, Scam/Fraud
Had a terrible experience overall 0/10 do not recommend: They initially fumbled the appointment calendar setting as they had someone else's calendly link who no longer works there (guy left after 18 months / high churn on employees - not surprised) and then I still tried to go along with it even though it was confusing and very disorganized. I jumped on a sales call even though the guy running it named Jon said "Its not a sales call, we're assessing the fit..." and he used scarcity sales techniques as well as frame control to position it as theyre in control of choosing who works with them vs us hiring them. It was infuriating to listen to a 40 minute presentation where this junior sales guy named Jon had no energy, vocal fry and said "...k" after every sentence the entire call. He then tells me it's $15,000 upfront fee then % of sales after, when the FAQ on their website explicitly says "We’re not one of those companies surviving off of upfront fees. We’re the company making insane amounts of recurring money off of selling you every month long term." Then when i read it to him off the screen, he tells me thats correct and they just need it for operational costs like salaries and to keep the doors some BS and i was thinking "hm, sounds like you need the upfront fees to survive and you just blatantly admitted that". Jon was extremely aggressive, didnt know how to handle sales objections (confusing since they're supposedly 8 figure closers...?) then when I said It's not for me, he just laughed, scoffed and acted like I no longer existed vs using real sales experience to handle it professionally lol. If this is what it's like dealing with these guys, I'm happy to continue running my own sales pipeline.
