Fromm picking up my car to returing car DLG kept me up to date with what was happening. Superb service.

Communication throughout was fantastic. Coordination of car collection and delivery of hire car was perfectly timed as was collection once car was repaired.

The collecting driver was on time and very polite. He explained the driving system of the courtesy car very well and inspected the condition of two cars for any scratches.

The job was well done, but took quite a lot longer than anticipated. I am aware that staff illness caused this, but for me it meant nearly an extra week utilising a very small (compared with my BMW X3) and not very comfortable Ford Fiesta.

It was all done very efficiently and they kept me informed as to what was happening and how long the repairs would take. Would highly recommend them.

very bad experience with them my car not repair correctly all the warning light coming back i have to ring them lots of time to chase up car received with dirty seat do not recommend them.

Gaps was not equal all round and the paint didn't match the colour of the car and was sent back to dealer to be redone, gaps put right but paint still didn't match rest off car and had to get it redone by the main dealer which now matches rest of car

From beginning to end the whole service I received from DLG was excellent. I was kept fully informed from the time my vehicle was collected for repair to the moment it was delivered back to me. DLG staff were very courteous at all times and John who returned my car was very professional in his conduct. The repairs to my car were faultless. Great service throughout.
