Took my car to Jack last week due to faulty wrap on my car, asked for a price to paint it instead. Jack was very helpful and advised that he can polish my car up so I wouldn’t need to paint it costing thousands.
Collected the car today and it’s absolutely immaculate, the wrap is shinning no more horrible marks on it. He also went the extra mile and polished up my rear lights that had fogged up also was happy with the price charged for the amount of work done. Really happy and will definitely return if I ever need more work

Staff were helpful, approachable and patient with questions and explanations. Emails were informative and kept us up to date. The car was collected and delivered to our door and the result was first class. The company's 'human' approach is reassuring and makes a lasting good impression.

Great customer service - the phone calls to keep me updated about what was happening with my car and the repair were really helpful and a stand out feature from this company. Even when there were delays to the work due to waiting for parts I was kept fully informed.
I however was disappointed that when my car was returned to me the two rear tyres showed low pressure and it had been clearly driven back to me with the alerts for low tyre pressure.

My car was involved in an accident and these guys came through and sorted my car out! They were always contacting me with updates. I didn’t have to do anything - they came collected my car and brought it back to me within a week! My car came back absolutely immaculate, very clean and smelling fresh!! The damage was fixed and now my car looks like it’s new again! 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish.

bad spray job, dust under paint and orange peel pitting, Scratch protector stickers (colour coded) wasn’t replaced properly. Second time the car wasn’t painted at all.

Another reason why my car have a orange peel pitting is there is a scrap yard just right next to Fix Auto in Portsmouth.

Also the driver who delivered my car on Friday 10th April 2026 just before 3pm laughed at my face, when I complained the leather arm rest is now scratched inside the car. It wasn’t there before.

Over all very bad experience with this garage. Very poor customer service with Fix Auto Portsmouth. I wouldn’t choose it myself. It was recommended by my car insurance company.

Work completed to a high standard, completed the work in the specified time frame as discussed. Friendly and helpful, kept me up to-date with the progress of the repair, would definitely recommend.
