Kept to the time planned for the pick up and drop off of my vehicle. Truck driver was polite and friendly. They kept me updated with how the repairs were going and the finish on the repairs was exceptional.

Very professional, kept me informed throughout, collected my vehicle from home and dropped it off again once repaired. I didn't have to chase them up for anything. Very pleased with the service.

I felt valued as a customer speaking to the handle caller, and i was very pleased for the van, to be repaired the same day after the spare part was provided.

The collection and delivery drivers were polite and efficient, and the repair was excellent.

They took all my worry away.They said my car would be ready by a certain day and it was PLUS it was spotless inside and out.A courtesy was provided,it too was immaculate and brand new.I cannot praise them too highly. 6 stars ******

Pure excellence from start to finish ! what more can I say? Fantastic service from all, staff were friendly and helpful, I was kept up to date with everything via text and phone call along with an update App from when the car would be picked up to when it was ready to collect. The car came back in immaculate condition..like to mention the names of all who helped in sorting my car out.

DLG returned my car today,a V40 Volvo. Having sustained damage to the n/s pax doors and sill I was directed by my insurance company to DLG in Middlewich.
The repair exceeded my expectations! It was faultless,the damaged parts replaced,resprayed and returned washed and valeted.
I am more than happy to give DLG a 5* rating. Thank you all at DLG for a job well done!

Repairs to cor was good but one small bit of over spray delt with as soon as I returned car only complaint was courtesy car was a mess needed cleaning inside and out.
