Made a mistake of writing wrong Name and description of products.

Now my shipment is lost and he refuses some compensation.

Called me "crazy customer" Instead of Helping with the issue.

A Lot of trouble and wasted money.
Never again.

I do not reveive my pack.
I make the order on 5 February 2024.
I received a custom forme on 27 February and I fullfilled it and sent it on 28 Ferbuary.
A few days after I received confirmation of the approbation by the custom services.
Today I went to the post office and they informed me that the pack went back to Thailand with no explanation;

Hello I make order before about 1 month but I didn't receive it the problem is in the address it was an Arabic so I change it to English and there is nothing how about daughter

I make order and it come but there was 1 thing missing from all big pack. And i paid for just shiping 76 usd, and, no answer, why missing, no anawer when i ger refund for the missing item(and what about shiping, if you not putring in order all things, but i paid for shiping then.

I ordered stuff and still has not arrived and we wrote to the company and nobody is answering phones or responding still waiting on my parcel 3 weeks later

First of all, this is my second order for a product that is not available in my country. It takes 5 to 6 weeks. But my packages arrives in great shape. I will order with Doctor Thailand again for sure.
I have looked at many offers before choosing this one. The prices are good and they are a honest outfit.

Had an issue with the delivery, but that was quickly solved.
Overall, it was pretty fast -less than 2 weeks- through Intl Small Packet-Air.
I definitely recommend DoctorThai.

Fast shipping, very clear communication. Great packaging. Item (Thyroid-S) arrived within 4 weeks as promised. Had also advised about the tracking problems after reaching destination country, before shipping. Also advised what to do and when to go to the post office. Will order again.

I placed an order June of this year and have never received it (now October). When I reached out asking for updates, they never replied. When I filed a charged back, they’re quick to ask why. Overall, they LIED about already shipping my order and provided someone’s order tracking number. Seems like they do ship out other orders just not mine, don’t know what they got against me lol 🤪
