Friendly and efficient service

Easy to book , map helps where it is and what's close to site, great payment spread across months apart to pay total amount ..Good pictures to see the lovely cottage .clear information as to what the cottage offers.Well done ! This all helped me make the choice to book ..ie important it had an enclosed garden .

Would have given 5 stars as the booking process was quick and simple so they go to Dog Friendly Cottages. Disappointed that the booking is handled by Sykes as have had problems with them in the past which is why I haven't given 5 stars. Time will tell and very hopefully my previous grief with Sykes was a one off.

As i am not the most confident person when booking things on line ,things were made easy for me , you could say foolproof, and I am the living Proof.

The price was cheaper than other companies and I only had to pay a deposit rather than full amount. Description was very detailed and useful.

UPDATE: Contrary to your response below, the booking was not last minute. What was last minute was being advised that the property was in fact NOT DOG FRIENDLY.
AVOID. Booked a dog friendly cottage only to find out a week before my stay that the cottage was not dog friendly. Eventually got someone to help who told me that they would 'absolutely offer me a solution at no cost to myself as their website should not have allowed this to happen and it was absolutely their fault'. Solutions offered were 1 - they would ask the owner of the dog friendly cottage if they would accept pets - NO. Solution 2 - would I consider putting my dogs in to kennels - NO. Solution 3 - you could book the lesser standard cottage we have in another area and the last review mentions dirt, dampness and mould - NO. I don't believe I was wrong in not accepting any of these solutions. In fact their second solution makes me so angry. Eventually got my money back four days before my holiday was due to start and had to find somewhere myself at short notice. Ended up out of pocket and stressed. Have written to company twice now and not even an acknowledgement of it let alone a reply. Awful customer service and definitely dog friendly if you don't mind putting your dog in kennels.

good information but difficult to change a booking as its with you but i need to contact Sykes who manage it and also have received confirmation from snaptrip and there are 3 organisations involved and I cant find out how to change my booking.
