Found a lovely 2 Bed Cottage in Betws Gwerfil Goch and saw availability for this weekend only to call up and be told it is not available? Why show the listing as available to book and waste people's time? Completely unacceptable.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the property you have booked is not pet-friendly, and I do apologise for this.
I appreciate you providing your details, which has allowed me to look into this. I can confirm that the property you have booked is pet-friendly, as the owners accept up to 10 pets. As you can imagine, this is quite a lot of pets, and not many properties are able to accommodate this.
The owners have mentioned that they have some rules regarding where pets can roam within the property, and they kindly ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture.
I completely understand, as a dog owner myself, that this setup may not work for every family with a furry friend, and I apologise if this causes any inconvenience. Although all this information is transparent and available prior to booking.

Easy to book cottage stay
Easy to book , map helps where it is and what's close to site, great payment spread across months apart to pay total amount ..Good pictures to see the lovely cottage .clear information as to what the cottage offers.Well done ! This all helped me make the choice to book ..ie important it had an enclosed garden .

So far so good .....
Would have given 5 stars as the booking process was quick and simple so they go to Dog Friendly Cottages. Disappointed that the booking is handled by Sykes as have had problems with them in the past which is why I haven't given 5 stars. Time will tell and very hopefully my previous grief with Sykes was a one off.
