Great quality apparel and dog beds! The fabric is great quality and the desgins are very cute! The only thing I wish Dog Pawty could improve is the way the products are packaged. Dog Pawty, could you use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging? Otherwise, great products, shipping, and service!

Hate to even leave the 1 star, but have to to leave a review. This company is terrible, esp their customer service! I ordered a pair of earrings thru a special they had. Never received them. Emailed. Got the responses it would take 40 to 50 days for promo item, then after the 50 days, please wait another 10 days, then give them another week, then a couple more. Finally, when they could put me off no longer, they asked me to verify my address. They then declared I had left the house # off of my address on my order, so, too bad, sucks for u, but all ur fault, basically. And oh, here's a 20% coupon for your next order. That at least, made me laugh. AS IF I will ever order from them again! Anyway, I responded that even if I did leave off house #, wouldn't matter ( but I didn't leave off because I use autofill on all online orders) as we are only house on that street anyway. I'd get it regardless of # on it or not . Surprisingly, they would not respond to that email. Hmmm?! And will not respond at all now. Come to find out on other reviews I've since read they tend to do this to people. BUYER BEWARE! I can't state they are a fraud, a scam, but I sure feel scammed!!!

Tat! Don't bother! I took up offer of "free" dog harness with $9 postage. It was way too small for the size they said. It was flimsy and cheap looking. Waste of money

Bought dog harnesses recently and, although they're their largest size, they're MUCH too small. Tried to return them but THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS! Also very pricey. Not recommended ☹️

Really good deals. I did one of their Facebook free deals for two seat belts, where you just pay for shipping, and they threw in two harnesses for way less than I'd pay at the pet store. One in pink and one in blue. :) The order just got here a few days ago and the seat belts and harnesses are working great so far.

They have a lot of cute shirts and jewelry too. I just did some Christmas shopping today, looking forward to seeing it in person!

I ordered an item in June and have heard nothing. Sent fillow up email and still heard nothing and received nothing. I am not impressed!

Stay away....ordered and paid for an item back in April....never received...big scan....

The worst product I have ever purchased. I ordered a Welcome mat to place outside my door and payed $25 for it. When it came it was first of all white, very thin material and flimsy. You couldn't wipe your feet on it if you tried. I wouldn't have paid $2.99 for it. I emailed them to get a refund and they advised that they did not do refunds at this time and that they were working on starting that. They advised me that they would give me a 50% gift card to apply towards another purchase in their store. I wouldn't buy another thing from them, with or without a gift Card! This business is a scam and should be stopped. It's my own fault because I should have checked the Better Business Bureau first before buying. Bad business result.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They over charge and their stuff isn’t even good enough to be a carnival prize. Jewelry is plastic and cheap cheap metal. Shirts are too small and printing is iron on not screened. They tell you and email you that you’ll get a refund but it never shows up. This place is a scam.

Ordered a dog collar on 1st June when they promote a free collar, end up paying around $8. today is 13th August and I still have not received the product . Have complained 3 times, after the 2nd time you guys admitted a problem that caused the product not been sent. You didn't offer any worthy compensation.. just a voucher towards purchase to replace the unsent product , I asked to just resend the product now. 3 weeks has passed since then, I sent another email and no response.

I ordered a leash for my dog but he unexpectedly passed away a few hours later so I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Despite describing the circumstances, they refused to refund or cancel my order because they “don’t do cancellations or refunds” for some reason. Don’t trust a company that doesn’t let you cancel orders.

I really love the shirt and got many compliments on The Game of Bones!! Fast service, excellent design work and will be ordering from you in the future. Much success to Dog Pawty

The 3 all natural flea/tick collars I ordered came in fast. A nice bonus was the free shipping. I put the collars on my 3 pups, and they are working excellent! Thank you, Dog Pawty.

I ordered the harness,safety clip for the car and name tag . Very pleased with all 3 items. We had never used a harness before and I must say I find it so much better then a collar. I also feel that Chase my chichihua enjoys it also . Don’t have to worry so much when he’s pulling. Thanks

I found this great paw print ring at Dog Pawty so I ordered 2 of them. When my order arrived there was only one ring in the envelope. I waited a few more weeks because sometimes things get mailed separate. I contacted customer service and they said they would order it again and a few weeks later it arrived. I was pleased with the way they took care of the problem in such a timely fashion. I have told my friends about the great stuff that they are on there website

Dog Pawty really came through and impressed me with their understanding to make my order right. Directly after placing my order I noticed the two tags I ordered were marked different sizes, but I needed the same size tags for both pups. I emailed the company and sadly was told nothing could be done, and that the order was being processed. After about a month of numerous emails asking for one dog tag to be replaced, I was contacted by the companies CEO. After explaining my situation to John Willards he connected me with Michael Murphy in the customer service department and they immediately got on helping me. Michael processed a replacement order for me immediately to make things right!
