This place is pure garbage. I ordered 2 things in August, and they never came. I asked for the products and a tracking number or a refund five times and was told we "don't do tracking, sorry :) " and ignored my requests for a refund. Dog Pawty is awful and I never received my order number, tracking or my products that I was told over and over were "on the way."

Avoid and stick with sites like Chewy.com who has a real reputation for good services and products.

If you are reading a positive review on this place it isn't real. I got an email from the manager of Dog Pawty and I was unable to send him my grievance, email address wasn't real. And the links in the email were trying to steal my personal info aswell as give me viruses.

Good reviews on this site are plants! Do not trust this site regarding your info!

I purchased two collars pink and blue. Both work great and the XL fit our Saint Bernard and Bernese mountain dog. The customer service is very quick to respond and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how good they were! I did not realize there was an extended time frame for the free collar order, and asked if I could change the shipping address. They quickly responded and adjusted my address. The collars also came a lot faster than the time mentioned. Very happy!

Hi I'm happy to say I got my fur babies name tags they are fantastic and I feel better if they get lost or decide to go walkies, I can be notified instead of the Ranger, although they are microchipped, it'll save me a fine first, so thank you very much

The dog harness I ordered from Dog Pawty is a great fit for my little Weiner dog. Plus he looks very stylish. Since dachshunds are known for back problems the harness will put less stress on his little back which makes me very happy.

I'm very satisfied with the bone dog tags that I purchased thru dogpawty! Im pleased with the quality and size of the tag. They are not flimsy and bendable like some of the other metal tags I have seen. The dogpawty tags are sturdy and durable. I will be back to order in the future. Just received my Dog Pawty harness today, fits like a glove and Prince has already been for a walk with it on. It will be great in summer because of the air holes in the harness, it is lightweight and comfortable.

I paid $7.99 (cdn) for the shipping for a pink small lighted collar, that was supposed to be free. It has been 32 days, and they haven't even shipped it..... When I inquire, I get a generic email, telling me "sorry about the confusion" they should be refunding me, with interest. I doubt I'll ever see the collar, which is fraud....if I do not see it soon, I will be reporting it.

If no starts were possible I would choose those. I ordered months ago, up on checkout I double checked my billing and shipping addresses and they were correct. I have an auto fill for my computer. Now months later I don't have it, I email them. They were great until they said my addresses didn't match and it was send to another address. IF MY BILLING ADDRESS DOESN'T MATCH MY CARD BILLING ADDRESS, YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION. Which means they have no manual checking of their orders. And also no fraudulent department. Y'all suck "butt"

I ordered two LED dog collars during a free promotion and just had to pay for shipping. They said it could take up to 40 days to be delivered so I waited for a little over 40 days and still had not received them. I contacted Dog Pawty and they replied very quickly. They gave me an explanation as to why the collars had not arrived and offered to send me out new collars or give me a gift certificate. While I was responding to the email, the dog collars were delivered! I am so happy they arrived and they work really well. I was worried that the pink LED would not show up as well as the other colors but it is very bright and allows me to see my fur babies in the yard at night. The sizing is accurate. I have two pug-dachshund mix dogs that are a little over 2.5 years old. One weighs 28 pounds and the other weighs about 22 pounds and they both can fit into the small collars. They are really thick and look big on them but I don't have to worry about them sliding off. I probably wouldn't attach a leash to them (but I don't recommend any dog owner to attach a leash to a collar - please use harnesses). I would say the only issue I have noticed is that it is very easy to turn the collars off (the button is facing the outside of the collar) and my dogs got to playing outside and were able to turn the collar off on their own. I would say maybe have a switch on the side so that the dogs cannot easily push a button.

Hi Dog Pawty I just wanted to say a huge thank you for this lovely bracelet I ordered . I never imagined for one min that it would be so special . It makes me feel so close to my fur babies in Heaven . I definitely recommend ordering this bracelet turquoise beads with a heart hanging from it with paw prints

We are so happy with ourDogPawty seatbelt for our puppy, she can safely travel with us when we go out. Finally she can be more part of our family. We are rapt with the choice of colours too - the pink is sooooo her! We will definately check in with Dog Pawty again to see what else they have to involve our puppy more in our lives. I love the rose gold paw print earrings I received. The item was free of charge, only had to pay for shipping. My earrings arrived within the time frame expected and were exactly as shown online. I receive compliments on them each time I wear them!

They lie, they spam and there is no way to contact them per email apart from a gmail emailaddress which gets denied from the servers due to virus warnings.
This said GDPR dispute will be filed if I don't receive a reply in 72 hours.

I ordered the free bracelet and it said that there would be delays because of high volume. I waited 2 months and no product so I emailed. They responded quickly and offered a credit or reorder. I opted for a reorder. The bracelet showed up in less than 2 weeks. They were so friendly and helpful.

DON'T ORDER from them!! I ordered 2 rings back in July still haven't received them!! They took my money tho. I emailed them 3x no response back. I'm reporting them

They are awesome to deal with . I needed to return a dog crate that I ordered the wrong size for and they not only se t me a new, correct one, they told me instead of trying to box up the wrong one, just bring it to my local shelter instead, which i did. Customer for life!
