I ORDERED TWO BRACELETS AND LOVE THEM!

I ordered two amber collars, which were nothing like what was advertised on the website. They came in some weird Chinese packaging, with no Dog Pawty logo, and no English. They smell artificial, and unlike amber. I was also supposed to receive some free dog paw earrings, as part of a promotion, but I never received them.

I really enjoy the surprise of the quality of the products. I recently acquired the dog seat belts for my two 70 lb pups and they worked great. I was hesitant due to the fact German Shepherds and Labradors are both pretty strong dogs but they pulled twice and then realized they cannot go anywhere but in that seat. They're even bite proof. The GSD is an escape artist and still couldn't get out of the seat belts.

I really liked the bracelet. I will wear it when I where the bracelet I wear in remembrance of my brother I lost suddenly last year. I recently lost two dogs that I had for over 14 years. They were my furry babies and I loved them very much. I miss them very much. I have order a couple of other things from your site and I have always been very satisfied with the products. I like that your provide specials and deals that are special and cost effective.

After unfortunately having a mishap with the delivery, I emailed the company who were very responsive and offered to send another parcel out for me. They have been very understanding and polite through the whole thing. Can't fault them and I am happy with my product

The button doesn’t work properly. When you click it isn’t it supposed to stay on? My button needs to be held it to light up but when you release it goes back off. So what’s the point? It literally doesn’t have an “on off feature” it’s just a button that doesn’t work.

I ordered a free dog seatbelt from Dog Pawty. Because the item was free I was told it could take longer to arrive since it was shipped directly from the manufacturer. My item arrived earlier than expected and was very excited about it! We used it immediately with my dog's harness and he LOVED IT! I love the seatbelt because I feel like my dog is more secure on car rides. I had an excellent experience with Dog Pawty and will not hesitate to shop here again for my future pet needs!

I lost my German Shepard 16 weeks ago so ordered the glowing paw pendant.
It’s absolutely brilliant I go out for a few minutes and come back inside and it glows blue over my heart makes me feel like my boy is still with me totally love it will never take it off .

Ordered a dog harness for our Westie, size small. Queried after 6 weeks as to shipping delays or details.
Prompt reply stating they would look into the matter. Appears the shipment was lost somewhere in China.
Requested a refund. Prompt reply stating a manager would contact us within 48 hours.
2 weeks later have sent a second request for a refund and still have not heard from them.
Poor customer service and support.
Would not recommend dealing with this website.

Yes, I am one who fell for the free dog bracelet. All I had to do is pay $6.99 for the shipping. I ordered in April and never received. This company is a scam!!

I got the light up dog collar from Dog Pawty and it's great! It's brilliant for evening walks and on dark winter nights. I have a border collie so he loves to explore; I know I can always see him with his collar on!!!
The service and delivery were great too, no problems and a speedy transaction.
They have some great products and the stories they share about doggy companions are fantastic - keep up the good work :-)

Got a "Large" dog harness. Wouldn't fit a Chihuahua. What a joke. AVOID!!!
