Tag quality ok WHEN it arrived. Not based in the UK. Overpriced. Huge delay in receiving. Raised a bank dispute then suddenly they reply. Bribing people to write good reviews. I would go elsewhere.

I am very pleased with my new bespoke dog collar. No more lost ID tags because all the details are stitched around it. Good quality and light for my dog to wear. I highly recommend this company.

A great product, to our exact specification. The only issue was a delay in delivery however, this was ordered prior to two bank holidays! The company dealt with the issue swiftly, offering to send a replacement just as the original arrived!

Excellent customer service, kept me updated every step of the way and quickly answered any questions I asked. Would definitely use again. The tag was exactly what I asked for and I love how it looks. I would however like a slightly stronger ring to hold the tag.

Ordered a dog tag hoping it would be in time for my dogs visit to boarding kennels, sadly after I purchased the item I saw it was being delivered from Switzerland. The item missed my personal dead line and arrived 9 days after the initial order, every aspect of the order from ordering to delivery and the product itself were/are great.

What a disgraceful company, placed an order on the 19th of March 2026, still haven't received the goods, you can only contact them through email, they tell me to be patient and wait another week, its now the 9th of March 2026, still not had goods from them. Be very careful using this site, it says Dogstags.co.uk based in London, but the products come from abroad.

Took weeks to arrive. The tag itself is very lightweight, the engraving is laser rather than actual engraving so it will just rub off eventually. Waste of money!

Had 2 orders for dog tags and both times the tags had worn and unreadable in less than a month

Order never arrived. Emails completely ignored by support agents. Had to contact my bank to get my money back. Avoid!

Great tag and lovely quality, but the order took considerable time to come. Far longer than expected.

Zero stars from me if i could. Dont waste ur time. Made my order it never showed up and no response from their “customer service”

Lovely tag, nice quality. But the link broke within a couple of days. So it now can't be used.

Don’t order from here it’s a scam product from china. Mine didn’t even turn up!! Customer service didn’t respond!

I ordered a tag 10 days ago and I still haven't received it.

After doing some digging, this business seems to rank well in Google search due to the domain name but the actual products come from China with a really cheap and poor delivery standard, even though I paid for shipping.

The item is lovely quality. Probably a bit overpriced in truth. It did take much too long to arrive but the company were communicative when I emailed them. I think the delivery time should be more explicitly realistic as items are coming from abroad which I hadn't realised.

Easy ordering and when I received tag it was beautifully crafter and looks great on my puppy -Thank you!

Really love the tag we have ordered. It arrived quickly and the quality is great. Being able to make a larger tag allowed us to include all the information we needed.

From when i ordered the dog tags it didnt take long for them to arrive. They fit perfectly on my dogs collars and look fabulous.
