There was a slight delay in me receiving my order but once I reached out their customer Service was excellent. I received my order and was really delighted with it as was my dog 🐕 ☺️

Israel-facing domain, but public seller details point to Gibraltar and support has been unresponsive

I placed an order on mydogtags.co.il on 2026-03-26 (order KAYQKTIUW, invoice 686817) and paid ₪272.80 by credit card through a Stripe-hosted checkout.

I ordered from this site because it uses a .co.il domain, a Hebrew-language checkout flow, and an Israel-facing presentation, which gave the impression that it was local to Israel or at least clearly set up for straightforward delivery to Israel.

After placing the order, I reviewed the site’s public contact and policy pages and found that the seller is publicly identified as ATRYOS DMCC Ltd in Gibraltar, not Israel.

My concern is not only about delay. My main concern is the mismatch between the Israel-facing presentation and the publicly listed merchant / legal details, together with the lack of a satisfactory written response after I contacted the merchant directly.

As of posting this:

- I have written to the merchant and requested shipment clarification or cancellation and refund if delivery cannot be clearly confirmed
- I have not received a satisfactory written response
- I am preserving the order confirmation, invoice, checkout screenshots, and correspondence for complaint / dispute purposes

I am posting this to document my experience and to help other consumers make informed decisions. If the merchant resolves this properly, provides shipment details, or issues a full refund promptly, I will update this post accordingly.

Update: After my complaints, reports, and direct communications, the merchant has now processed a full refund of ₪272.80 to my original payment method. I can confirm that the financial side of the matter has been resolved by refund. I am updating this review for accuracy. My original concerns about the site’s local Israel-facing presentation, the lack of clear shipment proof, and the need for escalation remain part of my experience, but the merchant did ultimately resolve the matter by issuing a full refund.

Ordered a dog collar with name on it arrived just as I had ordered will be shopping again

Took ages to arrive as ,despite the .ie domain, they are not based in Ireland but in Gibraltar

So it came in a week late but my dog loves it so I say buy it

Ordered a dog tag over 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived, starting to believe this company is fraudulent as is based in Gibraltar. No shipping email update and no reply from customer services. Avoid

How is this company called mydogtags.ie and based in Gilbraltar? I presumed based on their name they were an ireland company. Are these legit? I placed an order a few weeks ago, no confirmation of shipping, no reply from company when I sent them an email

The products we ordered were 2 dog shaped name discs & an embroidered collar. The quality is actually pretty good, particularly the dog collar. The adjustable clip blocks his name a little because of where it's embroidered but that's only a small thing. The name tags are a little thinner than a previous one but still quite strong & the engraving is clear. You can pick different fonts.
As long as you're not in a big rush, I think you'll be happy. Delivery will definitely take 2 to 3 weeks.

I ordered two products from this website, a personalised collar and a dog tag. They arrived very quickly, and both are great quality. My dog seems to love the collar. He never scratches at it and it is really beautiful. The engraving is perfect! Everyone that has met my dog has complimented his collar and dog tag.

Received my order within 12 working days and it was perfect, no mistakes. I had made contact to check where the order was and customer service were helpful, informative and quick to reply . Would 100% order from here again. The products are worth waiting a few extra days for.

I ordered a tag for my dog, didn’t receive it within time frame. Allowed extra time before contacting them.! Still haven’t received it. Emailed them about it, requested a full refund. Struggling to get a refund. When you email them for help, I only for one reply a day.. very frustrating that it’s been going on a week now trying to get a refund and I’m getting one reply a day offering alternatives. Very frustrating and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great quality tag and bigger than I thought so we are delighted.

AVOID! This company are operating from an Irish domain when in fact they are based out of Spain & items shipping from Switzerland? Wish I had researched beforehand.

I placed my order at the end of June & I was told in a shipping confirmation email that I should expect my item in 5-7 working days & it did not arrive. I’ve lost count on how many emails I had to send this company stating I wanted a refund, which I was well within my right to receive. They kept avoiding my request, telling me to 'hang on a few more days' & 'it will arrive' to them then saying 'wait until next week & we’ll send out a new one if you still haven’t got it' as a way to keep avoiding my refund request. Terrible customer service!

I was left with no choice but to file a chargeback dispute through my payment provider who thankfully resolved this in the end.

Best to shop elsewhere!

My Dog tags couldn't have been any better, our order was delayed and they kept in constant contact, when it eventually arrived they offered so do a full refund on the order because it took so long to arrive!

Ordered a dog tag and collar off DogTags.ie around Christmas. Due to the busy period the shipping was a bit longer than expected. Very responsive through emails to get it resolved! One very happy pup here now!
