Very happy to have joined Do Health as the tests show important Bio marker results which need looking into and knowing that the ones which are Good.

From start to finish the process has been amazing. Blood tests were booked and changed twice due to unforeseen circumstances on my side. Very easy to do and when I eventually managed to turn up for them the appointment was quick and painless. Results through within 2 working days.
A couple of tests flagged up red, so I can now follow these up with my GP. Interestingly they were not the issues I was expecting to see. Metabolic health concerns were my main driver for signing up but at 62 I was pretty much good/optimal, which was a pleasant surprise. And bonus, my biological age being slightly less than my chronological age!
So far I have recommended this service to friends and loved ones of all ages, because I believe it could prove invaluable. Knowledge is power and it gives us the opportunity to advocate for ourselves and our health. Incidentally, 3 of the tests that flagged up for me are not carried out routinely by the NHS, so my potential health issue would likely have gone under the radar until a major event occurred.
If you're dithering about this, please just go for it. The cost is negligible in comparison to the preventative health benefits it could provide.

The blood results came back quickly, happy with the report tho I turns out I have high cholesterol. One thing I think would have been helpful when the assessment took my blood, weight height and waist/ hip measurement would be to include blood pressure.

Had my bloods done with a lovely nurse in a friendly relaxed environment. The results which came back 48 hrs later for most were what I had expected but one of them that was very high and the explanation as to what this number meant was very worthwhile. I've now emailed my Doctor asking to go back on the meds that I was told were 'only treating a number'. I'm looking forward to my next set to see if the changes I'm making are working.

Not giving me a lecture on statins. Sensible ideas toning my ideas down and take one thing at a time for example instead of timing myself when walking up a hill think of how my body feels instead. Knowing that I can email whenever I like and receive an immediate reply

I was excited to look into my health more closely and paid the early bird rate. Unfortunately, the closest facility to have blood tests done is 40 miles from my home address. I received a full refund without quibble. Hoping that something becomes available closer to me soon.
