I love the fact that Do Health tells you your biological age and checks a lot more markers than an NHS doctor! But I think they could do a bit more like checking inflammation levels.

My querie was answered immediately and acted upon. So impressed with the suggested lifestyle changes. Feeling more energised in such a short period of time.

Just had my second results a day after testing. I don't think there's another service like this in the UK and I'm grateful to the Do Health team for what they do. Using this I can take steps for my own health. I couldn't recommend it more. Costing under £1 a day that could easily get spent on something useless. It gives you essential information and do-able steps if you want to work on your health

Quick replies and resolution. I applied but had to cancel due to change in circumstances. Only thing confused me was it says monthly fee but then charged annual cost. But refunded no problem

overall access to reading is a bit fiddly. you have to go from one page to another for each single marker (and some are hidden) and from that come back, go the main page and start again.
a summary page, with ranges, trackers, recomendations and links to individual pages would be very useful

I had a blood test on a Friday afternoon so didn't expect results to land in the app until the following week so was very pleasantly surprised when it updated on the Sunday. Amazing speed of service. The explanations on all results were then so clear and easy to follow I cannot help but be really impressed. The insights provided by the AI tool which never tires of being asked the same question if you forget a detail have been invaluable and the personalised plan really makes you feel better in control of your future health prospects and likely health span. Such a great idea brilliantly executed.

Very quick turnaround of tests and results

So far my experience with Do Health has been a very positive one.
I’m looking forward to my second blood test to determine whether there have been any positive changes following the guidance provided.

The efficiency, skill and pleasant demeanor of the phlebotomist and the speed of receiving my results.

It was very easy to book the blood test, the nurse was very quick and efficient. The results were in the app the following day which enabled me to make some lifestyle changes to hopefully help my future health.

The speed the information and results were delivered was excellent. Each section was very clearly explained. I feel I’ve already learnt so much. I’m really enjoying interacting with the app and hopefully making achievable changes. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the confusion at the blood testing.

I took the test because I wanted to know what to focus on with my health. It has identified an untreated B12 deficiency, which has now resulted in a GP appointment and explains so many other things my GP fobbed me off on. I would definitely recommend this test.

Do Health has done exactly what it said, blood test, prompt results, explanation and guidance for moving forward. App is currently simple and focused on you and not selling products or providing info you can get elsewhere like recipes.
