So far my experience with Do Health has been a very positive one.
I’m looking forward to my second blood test to determine whether there have been any positive changes following the guidance provided.

The efficiency, skill and pleasant demeanor of the phlebotomist and the speed of receiving my results.

It was very easy to book the blood test, the nurse was very quick and efficient. The results were in the app the following day which enabled me to make some lifestyle changes to hopefully help my future health.

The speed the information and results were delivered was excellent. Each section was very clearly explained. I feel I’ve already learnt so much. I’m really enjoying interacting with the app and hopefully making achievable changes. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the confusion at the blood testing.

I took the test because I wanted to know what to focus on with my health. It has identified an untreated B12 deficiency, which has now resulted in a GP appointment and explains so many other things my GP fobbed me off on. I would definitely recommend this test.

Do Health has done exactly what it said, blood test, prompt results, explanation and guidance for moving forward. App is currently simple and focused on you and not selling products or providing info you can get elsewhere like recipes.

Easy to understand explanations of what the blood test results mean, good advice and tips on how to improve health. Friendly clinic and super fast results in less than 24 hours!

I’m impressed so far. Went for testing at a convenient location last Thursday and received my results on Friday. I like the clear explanations of each bio marker and the common sense advice for making improvements where required.

I posed a question to Joy, the AI assistant, and got a sensible, balanced and personalised answer.

I think offering monthly payment by direct debit would attract more clients.

Excellent app, great explanation of results, and achievable goals

Signed up & got in for my blood test in less than a week. Having my blood test was easy & fuss free & service was friendly and efficient and punctual. I got my results back in about 24 hours!. I especially wanted my biological age but the other results were informative & interesting & good to know. I have a clear understanding of what is needed & trying to put into action.

For me it was easy to book an appointment and the results came back in 2 days. Results are explained in the app and a PDF (just of the numbers) can be downloaded if you want it. I am assured that all results remain visible on the app so you can compare them in future. Every Monday the app gives me a choice of various tasks roughly tailored to my results and health concerns. I am asked to choose 3 to work on that week. Some of the tasks are ones I already do, so I concentrate on the ones that I do not do and that are a challenge. I consider them reminders to improve my habits. So far so good.

Adding to my review below as the customer service I received was excellent. I have been refunded and the communication was excellent. Hopefully they will have a test centre near me in the future.

Prev: I deliberated as it’s expensive. Decided to sign up and then realised that there is no test centre near me. I’m hoping that they will give a full refund. I wasn’t asked for my location when signing up so there was no means of checking where the test centres are. I can cancel the subscription but that just stops auto renew for next year so I may have paid £249 for nothing. I will update if I get a refund.

I am impressed by the speed of the results and the relatively easy daily changes suggested.
While the ‘poor’ results were not a complete surprise the ‘good’ ones were reassuring and encouraging.
And it’s good to know there is action I can take to improve my overall health.

Great idea a base marker so you can tell what is better (or worse) after each blood test; however, I’m very disappointed only to receive a PDF of blood results and none of the information about why it’s taken and what my result means. Non - medical people do not know why each test is done and why and what that means for them and do not want to be constantly scrolling on a little phone screen to find out. Perhaps older people who are not permanently attached to their phones would agree.
After each blood test it would make sense to have paper copies that can be put side by side for easy comparison purposes.

Experience was fine, very easy and the results were in the next day. Very happy with it all.

Very quick and easy to sign up and could get blood test within same week. Results came back in 2 days and was very impressed with the detail which explained everything unlike blood test from GP where you are left to figure out the medical terms yourself

Having the app walk you through your results, with explanations, was really helpful. I could get more detail if I wanted, but also see quickly the problem areas. It was great to have all the info in one place, and written in an easy-to-understand way.

Excellent service so far. Blood test was easy to book and I received my results the next day! Results were clearly explained. Easy to implement suggested weekly changes to support health. Joy (the AI) has been helpful. Only downside is having to travel over an hour to the nearest clinic. Having a closer clinic would be great.
