Absolutely great from browsing to buying, fast delivery, easy to understand. Wary at first but can't believe how safe, quick and easy the whole experience was, one happy auto be had on Friday 😊

Impressive phone and service
Phone was brand new in opened original box. Still had original protective film attached, ie was effectively unused.
Delivered quickly.
Only downside was packaging was rather poor, basically an oversized plastic parcel bag with no padding at all. As a result there was a 2 small dents in the otherwise pristine phone box.

Initial order was cancelled but Doji let me know as soon as possible and offered a discount for the inconvenience. This item went through without a hitch. Great quality and arrived quickly.

Whilst it took 3 attempts (first 2 were cancelled due to the phone not passing the appropriate grading) the final phone was really good and as expected. They kept me informed of any changes in delivery. Good overal service

After thinking about it, I decided to return my mobile phone, but I have lost contact with customer service since then. They said that they would give me an answer in two days (from December 20th, 2003), but I haven't actually received any reply so far. There has been no news about the return channel provided by the official APP. I think I'm really fed up with their after-sales service. Since I live in Birmingham, I may go directly to their store for inquiries next week, and this may be the last time I buy a mobile phone on this platform.

At the same time, I want to remind you if you want to choose his 30-day refund,They don’t teach you to refund all your expenses, they will only push you part of it. For example, I bought my mobile phone for 355, but when I refunded it, they only allowed a refund of 330.
Updated: The customer service contact me, in their chatting history they send me messages 14th as they said. So this is not theirs fault.

Not as described.
Ordered "Excellent" condition phone and arrived with chip in camera and lots of scratches. Poor condition. Contacted customer service. Sent back and awaiting refund. They claimed they accidentally send a "very good" condition one instead of "excellent". I decided to purchase elsewhere.

But would have expected more for the excellent option, no original phone box, had to buy one from eBay for £6, when I buy from Backmarket, I always get the original phone box.

The phone came earlier than exprected which was great. It arrived in intact condition, however it did not come in its original package. Face ID and all features work properly for the moment, but Battery Health does not show maximum capacity number due to replaced battery.
