Best Fulfillment Center Ever!!
I recently crowdfunded the launch of my product, Torch- The World’s First Universal Coat Heater (torchcoatheater.com). I hired Ships A lot to fulfill the orders from my Indiegogo campaign and to stock and fulfill all incoming orders. As a new, small business owner I find myself doing a lot of things I previously had no experience doing like marketing, web design, product development, customer service, fulfillment etc. It is essential to outsource some of these aspects to the pro’s. The guys at Ships A lot have made the fulfillment process so easy for me, from fulfilling all the orders to linking my website up to their system and automating everything. However, I think the best thing is that they make themselves available to answer my questions and help with anything I need. This type of service is a huge load off my shoulders and I wouldn’t expect this service from a big fulfillment center like Amazon, so if you want great service, go with Ships A lot. They also have great shipping rates and with their warehouse in Ohio, they can hit most of the US population in 2 days ground shipping. Win-Win. Thank you, guys, and I look forward to the profitable years ahead.
