I went into the Cannonvale store today,the young lady was very helpful & pleasant we spoke for around 5 mins she was very charming & pleasant customer relations exemplary,the manageress came over screwed her nose up at us & told me the girl had work to do,I thought she must be joking maybe interested what we were talking about I laughed she then tried to scald me & once again but in belittling way with her hand on her hip yelled at me I don't care if you talking she has work to do.Please tell this women if she is not happy with the girls work,approach her when she is not servicing a customer.Her dare she try to scold me like I was a naughty school boy.She embarassed me & made me feel very uncomfortable.How unprofessional,get rid of her.I hate to see the shit she must be putting on your young staff ,in private if she has no qualms in making a stupid ignorant decision to scald a customer.Het Rid ov her.thx

Excellent seller. Was a most difficult product to now find on-line or thru major retailers. Secured 3 albums, then fast and excellent tracking (AusPost). Goods well packed and arrived at our PO Box secure and undamaged. Shall keep buying from "Dollar and Sense".

Waited 2 weeks and NOTHING. Called using the number on order - wrong area and had to call another area. Called and she had done nothing with the order and ignored my follow up emails as she was away, then didn’t have big enough boxes.

Finally shipped after I expressed my disgust at the service level.

I ordered 2 pairs of gold toned earrings, which were pictured and the only option available, specifically because I wanted gold... what I received was 2x silver earrings... which are of no use to me at all.

Worse still, these earrings were around $5 each pair, but I needed them urgently and paid a further $20 for express postage.

The two stars are simply for the express turn around, as they did arrive on time, however they were useless because they were gold and an absolute waste of just over $30... I don't have the time to waste on a returns process... so lesson learnt, wont shop here again.

The exchange unavailable items for cheaper versions, without checking, and did not offer refund or even reply to my email about it. Very disappointed.
