We take every review seriously, but we must respectfully correct several inaccuracies in this post, as the full record tells a very different story.

What actually happened:
You purchased electronic-boulevard.com on 26 November 2024 (Invoice ending with 64, $67.15). The domain was pushed to your NameBright account the same day, and you accepted the transfer.

At that point, full control — including renewals, DNS, and nameserver management has been passed to you as the domain owner.

The domain's registration expired on 23 February 2025. NameBright, as your registrar, would have sent multiple standard renewal reminders to your registered email prior to expiry.

You did not renew the domain, and it was subsequently re-registered by an unrelated third party in May 2025.

You first contacted us on 13 August 2025 — nearly six months after expiry — asking us to update nameservers on a domain that was no longer in your account.

Addressing the specific claims:

"They sold it to someone else" — We did not. The domain expired under your ownership at NameBright because it was not renewed. A third party then registered it independently. We had no involvement.

"Never replied to my emails" — Our support team replied to every single message, often within hours. I personally responded with a detailed breakdown of the timeline, our responsibilities, and recovery options. Our full correspondence is on record.

"Zero accountability" — We acknowledged that we could improve by including expiry dates in purchase confirmation emails. We even offered a 50% goodwill refund, then a full-value store credit, and ultimately processed a full cash refund of $67.15 to your PayPal — which you confirmed receiving.

In fact, five days after receiving your full refund, you wrote back asking us for a discount on your next purchase — which is difficult to reconcile with the characterisation of us as "professional scammers."

Domain Coasters has facilitated thousands of domain sales across 100+ countries. Every domain we sell is transferred to the buyer's registrar account with full ownership rights. Renewals are the buyer's responsibility post-transfer, just as they are with any domain registrar worldwide.

For several registrars, we have setuped automation where domain transfer is INSTANT.

For domains in Network Solutions, it will take a few hours (24-48hrs) for the registrar to process the domain transfer. Even still, we offer to change domain's nameservers so that you can start using the domains IMMEDIATELY.

Your patience is highly appreciated, we are doing our absolute best to get the domains to you as quickly as possible.

For domains in Network Solutions, it will take a few hours (24-48hrs) for the registrar to process the domain transfer. Even still, we offer to change domain's nameservers so that you can start using the domains IMMEDIATELY.

Your patience is highly appreciated, we are doing our absolute best to get the domains to you as quickly as possible.
