I had an issue with a domain not showing accurate data but Anthony was extremely kind and helped me out. The service was extremely good and they worked with me to resolve the issue. I would recommend their site if you are looming for expired domains with authority.

Ordered a domain by mistake but refund not granted even before transferring the domain.
Ordered a domain by mistake without the proper due diligence and requested to refund even before the transfer of the domain but was denied. Horrible experience. I had to stick with the domain. I was given an option to use the amount in wallet but the refund option was not provided even before the transfer of asset and that was not something I anticipated.
There should be a clause for refund of the money before the release of domain.

Our refund policy is,
In the event, if the domain has any manual actions or isn't indexing within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund you the money back or you can request a replacement.
The domain you purchased was already in Google index and even had organic traffic to it! Thus you're not eligible for refund.
Let's clarify your case,
1. We reveal the domain before you purchase so that you can do your due diligence before purchasing. Thus, you exactly know what domain you are paying for.
2. Even though it was not our mistake, we gladly offered you a replacement option where you can choose a domain of the same value, but you denied it.
And thus, we are left with no other option but to transfer the domain you had purchased!
