Unfortunately I missed the delivery driver but he knocked on a neighbour s door and left it with them. I was so pleased as I was waiting on the delivery to finish my project!
The quality of the oak shelves was perfect, couldn't be happier!

Excellent very pleased with my desks. Easy to assemble very good quality and great customer service.
I needed one length altered to fit in the space I required a very easy process and responsive customer service. Delivery was quick and well packaged.
We have previously purchased shelves we were pleased with. Would definitely recommend.

After sending an initial email asking about bespoke cutting for my worktops I was sent a quotation very promptly. After ordering I was given the opportunity to check my order. They arrived within 5 working days, delivered by polite and helpful drivers. They were well packed and are beautiful. Very highly recommended- thank you

Easy website to navigate and place an order. Pricing is very good, some sites can appear cheaper but once you factor in shipping Domli is good value.
Definitely worth considering if you don't need a whole 3 metre length from your regular Kitchen supplier.
Impressed with the delivery from DX too as I have had bad experiences in the past. The Domli / DX SLA must be something!

Product was good.
Delivery was i two parts so i had to wait in another day.

So far we have only received one of the two packages we have the legs but no top. Your courier sent the top to a different location and we are now trying to track it down and have it delivered. We have no idea when it’s going to arrive.

Really impressed with this company, have ordered worktops from Various companies before. This has been the best:
-quick delivery
-good price
-packaged safely

Great product, love the desk. Only reason not 5* was because the delivery person just left the two boxes in our open porch on a very rainy day, and didn’t even ring the doorbell. And we had stayed in specifically to receive the package.

delivery experience was also good , shipped very soon after ordering. couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Delivery service- next day delivery did not happen, only notified in the evening, following day not able to get clarity when it will be delivered, subsequently delivered the next day. End result inconvenience for 3 days. No recourse offered, only offered half of delivery fees.

The product itself mentioned oil finish, the item is rough and uneven, contacted customer support, send numerous pictures, there after the communication appeared to only request more pictures and no resolution to the issue. I sent ample amount of images and showed the oil finished product from website to compare, but yet they are requesting more images. Unprofessionally dealt in it's entirety. No recourse whatsoever to misold product.

A relative ordered from domli and product was taken back and replaced three times due to it not being oil finished.

It appears they are selling products of poor quality and where concerns are raised they resort to tactics to not respond to complaints to tire people out.

This is a formal complaint to alert domli, you have misrepresented the product when selling from the description.

I’m giving this five stars because although Domli really messed up my order they responded really promptly and efficiently and the product was excellent!

Worktops are absolutely fine no complaints with those, (excellent quality)my issue was with the delivery company (Dx)
Received a text for a date/time (02/09)for delivery (cancelled 10mins) before delivery schedule, had to wait until til 07/09 for them to arrive ..with no apology or explanation had to cancelled workmen/fitters and disappoint the customer)
Maybe use a different shipping agent with a more reliable service for your company..

The shelves and brackets are fabulous! The quality of both are very good. Had a slight issue but customer service was brilliant and sorted it immediately without any quibble. Delivery was very prompt. I have already recommended and will continue to do so.
