I had an exceptionally positive experience with this estate agency, and I would confidently say they are the best in their field. Initially, I discovered the property I was interested in on Palmer Snell's website. However, I later found that Domvs was managing its sale, so I reached out to them for further information. Thanks to their outstanding service, I now own my dream home.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Emma and the entire team, who were very professional and provided unwavering support throughout the process. This agency is undoubtedly the best in Weymouth, and I would recommend their services to anyone seeking an exceptional estate agent.

Following a prolonged & complicated sale the Team at DOMVS managed to get it over the line, working closely with our solicitor, buyers and keeping us in the loop. We are very grateful to Nicky, Marcus, Emma, Laura & Gillian for their expertise, understanding & kindness in what was an emotional sale. The office phone is ALWAYS answered and doesn't go to answerphone so the contact is good. The team is very professional & yet maintains a friendly support while navigating the variables of selling a house. 5 star isn't really enough when reviewing John Beauchamp at Domus. He merits far more! I've been beyond impressed at John's professionalism, his commitment and communication throughout our dealings. And would urge anyone wanting to sell or buy in this area to trust to John and only him. He is super smart, committed and very very good at determining a sensible strategy and at the execution. DOMVS have been so professional from the very start of the sale of our house. Greg was a real help advising on price and presentation, and the viewings were excellent. After we accepted an offer the sales progression team took over to keep us in the loop at all times. Marcus spoke regularly to the solicitors and kept us calm whenever things went quiet!

Easy to recommend Domvs highly, and by some margin the best experience we've had selling our home through an Estate Agent. Prior to putting my house up for sale I let it using Domus as my letting agent. Debbie and her team did such a good job that it made sense to sell through them.
Despite it being a quirky property and a tricky market Shireen and her team persevered until eventually it sold. Then Nicky and Marcus stepped in and made the final stages as smooth as they could.
They all did a great job.

Despite a challenging market Domvs Dorchester (Shireen) managed to get us a highly competitive price - and then the Sales progression team (Nicky and Marcus) held our hands through the twists and turns of completing the sale and getting to Contract exchange. All the team are so highly professional AND so incredibly personable. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Determined professionalism with a genuine compassion has been our experience with DOMV's. For a whole roller coaster year they have delt with numerous set backs and interruptions selling my late mother property who quite correctly insisted that DOMV's will handle the sale. Our mother's property sold in January 2024, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Domvs Preston again for their care and attention whilst promoting the sale. Laura Holt efficiently took our instruction, Julie Mansfield carried out most / all of the viewings in a very gentle manner, always letting us know when there was a viewing and always following up afterwards. She kindly reassured us that all was well when phoning prior to any feedback, which was very helpful and calmed us instantly as she then proceeded to report back fully on each viewing and also after each time the buyers returned to view the property! During times of inactivity, Nicky Mowlem in accounts / finance would make contact with us and kept the communication lines open which was a great comfort. She maintained regular contact during the sales process and basically "held our hands" until completion.
