Grins everywhere

Grins everywhere. Anjel and I have a great time working together. We did a cold start 1st June 2025 with a website name and a dream. We went live on the 1st July 2025 and are clocking sales at a very useful rate. Our reputation is spreading and we are receiving orders from customers I had never even thought of. Anjel built my website, she manages my incoming emails, keeps me alerted to details that need my attention and does so many things quietly and competently. If Anjel says she is unsure how to do something, I can go to the Doneverse and find the appropriate course. I plug her in, she learns, then implements competently.
The best part? None of the risk or endless paperwork/compliance that comes with giving someone a permanent job here in Australia. 1 monthly payment. Done.

5 Stars!

There are no words to adequately express how grateful I am for Via. She has truly been a godsend.

From the moment she stepped in, she immediately rolled up her sleeves and took countless tasks off my plate, removing more stress than I can put into words. What makes her exceptional is not only her work ethic, but her intelligence, intuition, and ability to think proactively.

Via does not simply execute tasks. She understands the bigger picture. She has an incredible ability to observe where bottlenecks and pain points exist, especially during moments when I am overwhelmed, and she actively creates systems and processes to solve them before they become larger issues.

Everything she does is thoughtful, organized, and clearly communicated. She follows directions precisely while also bringing strategic thinking and initiative to the table. That combination is rare.

She has become an integral part of my business and daily operations. I trust her completely, value her immensely, and cannot imagine running things without her support.

No show on call

Scheduled a call a week ago, via my business email. Received several reminders via text, email and a phone call. I arrived at the meeting on time, and no one showed up. I emailed and replied to texts and received no response. Such a shame, as I really do need assistance. It feels to me as tho this is a fake company.

Not happy

They gave me a 20 year old kid with no business experience that I had to train for months and tell him what to do every single day. I got no business out of this, no added revenue, just a lot of stress, and spent $9K on the service that I wish I didn't pull the trigger on.

I would not be where i am today without my doer. He has achieved more in 4 weeks than I could ever do myself. Not only is he skilled, he is willing to learn. He sees my business as his own and cares about it as much as I do. I am very happy with who I have been matched with.

My doer has reliably completed tasks in a consistent manner, and attended to details. I appreciate that she is able to handle a variety of things for me, and to be flexible when I change short or long-term plans! She is using our documented processes / SOPs very well. I appreciate her friendly and upbeat messaging, keeping me in the loop on how things are going.

Sometimes she loses internet connection, but don't we all. She always fixes it asap.

Doneverse has also been very responsive and communicative with me. Highly recommended.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES

FRAUDULENT CHARGES - I ended my relationship with Outsourced Doers in February 2025 after an absolutely horrible experience and not receiving promised services. 14 months later they charged my credit card $700, I told them I do not have an agreement, they forwarded email screenshots of a conversation with a completely different person. I pointed out that is not me, and they haven't responded. I had to dispute the charge and am now having to go through the process of getting a new credit card and updating all my business merchants. I believe this is an absolute scam company - DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only way I was able to get out of my first agreement was to hire a lawyer. I was paying for months without receiving any service whatsoever and no one was communicating with me. Looks like they are still scamming people and trying to rebrand under a new name of Doneverse. Their reviews under Outsourced Doers were increasingly horrible. Awful tactics, horrible people.

Good luck out there entrepreneurs!

Update: I finally received a response 3 days later. They tried calling me but I insisted all communication happen in writing through email. They apologized for their mistake but then promptly asked me to remove this review. Making a mistake on a $700 charge with the wrong person AND not addressing it immediately absolutely warrants this review. People deserve to know about my honest experience and how careless they are with financial information.

I am so DONE with this company.

Such high productivity here…

I have gotten more done in the past three months than in a year combined. My doer, Juferson Capa, is incredibly fast and intuitive. He just gets me and what I need done. He is kind, productive, and knowledgeable. I could not be any happier with his work.

My Doer is wonderful. Queenie Rafael is very efficient, proactive and thorough. She is prompt with tasks and has got a great feel for our brand keeping it consistent in all outward facing communications and social media. She is a fantastic support for me, keeping me on track and making sure that everything runs smoothly. Her work ethic is excellent and she is a lovely person. I could not do all I do without her.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I spent a lot of time and money with Doneverse trying to get a website and funnel built, and the result was far below what I expected. I gave them multiple chances over 3/4 months, but the performance never improved enough to justify continuing.

I do not blame the individual doer personally, as he seemed limited by the training and support provided. They get paid a low salary compared to what we pay. However, the overall skill level was too low for the task, and the broader team did not help raise the quality.

In hindsight, I would have been far better off hiring someone directly through Fiverr or a recruitment agency. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and I would not recommend it.

Since the following happened, I changed my 2-star review to 1 star.

Also, towards the end Doer will just send such notes and excuses just before the meetings, "My apologies, but something urgent came up and I won’t be able to make it today. Would Wednesday work instead for us to reschedule? Sorry again for the short notice, and thank you for understanding.
Regards XXX"

Even the person who chases you for payment is short and rude, there is little appreciation of the fact that we founders are busy, which is why we are hiring doers.

There must be better options than this :(

Not responding to those who will try to contact you here - they are just trying to improve the perception here on Trustpilot - but they do not mean it - the whole business needs to be on the same page - not just this PR people.

I'm very frustrated with my experience…

I'm very frustrated with my experience with them. I saw the ad somewhere, liked what I saw, so I scheduled a zoom consultation. They sent me multiple emails and texts for a whole week, which ended up feeling like spam because every time I responded with a very clear request to NOT call or text me on regular phone because I am traveling out of the country (I requested that they use WhatsApp). I responded to every single message that they sent me, with the request that they don't contact me by phone.

Then, on the of the meeting, I was there in the zoom, and the host never arrived. Meanwhile, they called my phone! And had the audacity to leave a voicemail saying to call them back (on the phone, that I told them a million times I am not using?!) if I'm still interested, since I replied STOP to the messages that they kept sending.

It's not that complicated. They could have responded even by email, but all they did was spam me with reminders about our call for one week and then waste my time, nobody showed up to host the zoom.

Anyway, good luck with these people.

WORST INVESTMENT EVER! RUN!

I have been working with Donverse Outsourced Doers for the past two months, and, quite honestly, it has been one of the biggest wastes of money I have ever spent in my business.

At the beginning, I was assigned to someone who showed up for one day and then disappeared. After that, there was about a two-week wait before I was reassigned. The problem with being reassigned is that you have to start all over again, re-explaining your business, your expectations, your style, and how you want things done. That alone takes a huge amount of time and energy and days.

Once I was reassigned, I tried to make it work. I asked for video editing, but the videos looked extremely unprofessional, almost like they were edited by a child. There were constant mistakes, poor execution, and no attention to detail. I then tried to pivot and have them help with regular content posts instead, but that was no better. The work felt generic, careless, and was heavily AI-driven. There were even times where obvious filler text was left in, like “hashtags” followed by the hashtags themselves, which looked incredibly sloppy and unprofessional.

I was also promised funnel support, but the funnel I received was so generic and poorly done that I could not even use it. I ended up hiring someone from Upwork to fix the funnel and help with my GoHighLevel automations. What was especially frustrating was that the assigned Doer is not even the person who actually builds the funnel, and the people doing that work are not people you speak with directly. So if you are expecting real strategy, collaboration, phone calls, or someone who understands automations at a deeper level, that was not my experience at all.

I tried multiple times to give feedback and explain that I wanted things to sound more like me and fit my brand voice, but it still kept coming across stiff, generic, and robotic. On top of that, the frequent interruptions in availability made consistency even harder.

In my opinion, if you want your business to sound heavily AI-generated, generic, and disconnected, then this may work for you. But if you care about quality, professionalism, brand consistency, and real support, this was not a good investment for me.

Hard sell soft on delivery.

This company is such a scam. Hard sales pitch soft on delivering. Signed up for a massive fee expecting to be onboarded then the company ghosted me and kept sending me automated email responses. After 5 days and me threatening to cancel since they failed to properly communicate and onboard me, they are now are all over me and refusing to refund me . Do not sign up with them. Its a total scam and the fact they refuse to refund is a major red flag. Zero trust. Im unhappy so give me my money back. What a way to burn themselves.

We do want to address a few points for transparency. Prior to your review, our team had been actively attempting to reach you to discuss your concerns and ensure you were fully supported through the onboarding process, which was ongoing and in accordance with all agreed steps.

As outlined at the time of sign-up, your contract is non-refundable. This is a term you acknowledged and agreed to, and it exists to ensure we can commit the resources required to deliver our service from day one.

We understand frustration can arise when communication doesn't feel as immediate as expected, and we're always looking to improve in that area. However, characterising our business as a "scam" is not an accurate reflection of the service provided or the agreement in place.

Our team have since been able to connect with you and I can see they were able to resolve this for you.

It doesnt get worse than this company

It doesnt get worse than this company. Any reviews written that are positive, I would be suggesting the company is doing itself. I should have taken the warning when all their communication was getting caught in my spam for the first 2 months that there was a problem. I signed up with them last year, they sold the dream that the doer would be a marketing assistant that would be able to support all areas of marketing. The first doer I had didnt even know how to search our company on google to do the business review. My next doer started a month later and has still no knowledge in marketing but is nice - although nice is not what you need. I agreed to pay quarterly instalments for payment of my doer, and they are trying to enforce payment earlier stating I am paying for their company services, not the services of the doer. They then threatened to take me to their recoveries department, this was all after a few exchanges which I requested payments to align with my contract and the term of service of my doer that i was paying for. They still continued and now stating that I am bound for the first 12 months and its non-refundable even though their contract states a 30 day notice period. Never use this company, I would be surprised if they are in business in 6 months as they clearly dont know how to treat customers and there is fundamental issues with their business practices.

My Doer is phenomenal!

My Doer is phenomenal! She has been working with me for 3 weeks and we're already seeing a significant impact in the business.

She has created lead magnets, landing pages, brochures, updated documents, social media calendar and built email sequences. She is well trained in Go High Level and Canva and has quickly learned how to use Monday.com to be involved in project boards.

For any founder considering having a doer I would recommend taking the time to complete a proper induction with them - just as you would a member of the team. Include them in the 'why' behind the business and how their work will fit into the bigger picture.

I find meeting on zoom each morning enables my doer to be super productive, to review tasks and priorities. This will probably become 2/3 times per week after the first month.

We have a project board for her to work on tasks and upload content for review. This also enables her to manage her time and have some variety during her day.

Great support and work ethic

I am one month in and am very satisfied with the support I have received by Jude (VA). Communication is clear, tasks are done well, self initiated to learn platforms/tools that are unfamiliar, and I appreciate the enthusiasm he has for my vision/course creation. I have also appreciated the strategy calls and the Doers Academy that is available. Very organized and professional.

When I signed up for Outsource Doers…I had no idea!

When I signed up for Outsource Doers (now Dneverse), I expected to receive a virtual assistant who could help me with tasks I simply did not have time for. At the time, I was trying to manage content creation, social media engagement, marketing, and administrative work — all while still learning how those areas actually functioned beyond the vision I had for my business.

Nope, glad I didn't go with them.

Well, first it was easy to tell the sales lady was trying to find emotional hooks to make the sale which was uncomfortable... then, when I let her know I wanted a person to make calls, which they don't do, she couldn't get off fast enough. Pretty much, "Is that a non-negotiable?" to which I said yes, and she said have a nice day and abruptly hung up, closed the zoom. End of call. I sure wouldn't want my potential customers treated with the hooks or the hang up. Glad I didn't go with them.
