Angeline has been such a great Doer for me and my company. She's been attentive, on-time, and flexible with my crazy schedule as a founder. I believe Outsourced Doers is a great service that matches doers with early start-up founders. And I'm pleased to have been matched with a Doer that is warm and receptive to me and my company.

We moved several commitments to accommodate an initial call, particularly given the message that attendance was mandatory and that rescheduling would not be an option. I also informed you by email that our CGO would be joining

At the start of the meeting, we received a Zoom cancellation notice; while we were waiting in the meeting room.

To receive a cancellation under those circumstances is disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism we were expecting.

I confirmed the meeting and have the receipts (both texts and emails) to back up what I wrote. Your response is a fabrication.

Also, my request for your team member to stop emailing me was made after she/he missed the meeting and refused to acknowledge it.

On a last note, DONEVERSE, get your lives together. I was texted and emailed by two separate agents—one canceled our meeting while the other knew nothing about it.

My doer is awesome. I met my doer just a few weeks ago and in just a short time she has made my life much easier. Before meeting my doer, I was on the verge of burnout, trying to do everything myself. Because I support women suffering with grief, I am very sensitive to ensuring a client-centered compassionate experience. My largest concern was that my brand voice stayed consistent when transferring task to my doer. Well it's a few week's later and my doer has nailed it. My Doer Gabby has been amazing! She is a very hard worker with a great attitude. She works through road blocks and figures things out without having to be told. She is self motivated and very kind and respectful. She is very efficient and I’m so excited to see where my business goes with her help. I rarely leave negative reviews, but transparency matters for other business owners.

I had confirmed my intention to move forward the day I spoke to the guy, and was waiting for final information he promised to get me so I could make a confident decision. When that information finally arrived (2days later), the original price discussed was no longer honoured. Even though I delayed waiting on him.

From a customer perspective, this felt like a failure in commitment and in the level of support the company claims to provide.

I was also told the service might not be a good fit because I was not willing to pay the new full price, which felt more like pressure and high pressure tactics than guidance. The issue was never the product’s value. It was trust, follow-through, and respect in the process.

When confidence is lost in the first interaction, it raises concerns about accountability and client support later on. Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed and ultimately feel I avoided a misaligned situation.

I hope this feedback encourages reflection, as integrity at the beginning is what builds long-term trust.

Update: read the response from them, they make it sound like I waiting to make a decision, and the fact is I was waiting on their sales to get back to me. Again, not impressed

I loved my doer. She was the best thing the company offered. Company customer service is terrible, however. Towards the end of my contract, they promised things they didn’t deliver, of the 2 contacts I spoke to I got two very different answers. They didn’t care to fix the issue, they just wanted their money, and they pay their employees so very little. The sales person was lovely as well. If it weren’t for the sales person and my wonderful doer, I’d give 2 stars.

I think the program is extremely overpriced. The coaches were ok. I felt they placated more than coached.

Overall, Company culture is what makes companies stand out and I felt the company culture here was darker than i expected, but they have some lovely people.

Joharra is phenomenal! She implements tasks promptly and efficiently. She keeps me on task when my motherly duties carry me away. She seamlessly moves around obstacles and finds solutions. She maintains a "yes" attitude even when things get challenging. She's my secret weapon, my guiding light, my anchor. I feel unstoppable with Joharra by my side!
