Cannot fault the product, the customer service and delivery times. Melanie got in touch only a couple of hours after purchase to confirm everything and we received the shredder less than 24 hours later, despite expecting a 2-3 day lead time. The product itself is in near-perfect condition and if we ever need another shredder, I know where to go!
poor quality, awful return policy
The one star is only for the nice customer care agent Chris who tried his best to be communicative and resolve the matter. However, everything else was extremely dissatisfying. Received a desk in poor condition and with cracks. I now have to keep this desk as the manufacturer wouldn’t pick it up once it was built. They insisted for the desk to be in its original package for pickup. At least the damage component was replaced, but for the price I had paid, this desk is a complete disappointment and their return policy absolutely bad. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or purchase from them again. I’d rather go to IKEA or other well-known furniture shops where there is a guarantee for the items and better policies regarding return etc.

After sending a shredder back under…
After sending a shredder back under warranty (we had no problems with delivery) we were advised it was damaged in transit and they could not do anything about it, we were then charged £100 for this. One of the directors responded to me when i requested a credit as i do not see why we should be charged £100 to be told they can't repair or replace something under warranty.
The response i got is below and when i deemed this response as rude another director responded telling me that it was unacceptable for me to call them rude and that it was dealt with "professionally".
"how can you not understand that your shredder could not be repaired under warranty or not, as it was so severely damaged in transit to the repair centre. The transportation of your shredder is entirely your responsibility and is not in any way our remit. As a graphic example, If you were to write off your car driving it to a garage to have it repaired under warranty, do you really think the garage will repair the written off car at their expense ?
I have supplied images and documented everything including the engineers report as best I can, so please let me know if you still do not understand and I will try to get someone else in the company to explain further ."
I do wish i had read reviews before purchasing as i can see i am not the only one who has experienced problems with something under warranty and subsequently rude customer service.
