Let down
Unfortunately they let me down on delivery, when ordering item was in stock and I had to wait 15 days so I still haven’t got the item yet?

Received product, was happy.
Client changed mind, wanted a whole new system instead of fixing current.
Returned product with return form filled out.
Never heard back.
Money lost.
Wouldn’t shop here again.

Good customer care, competitive price and next day delivery
I called up Door entry customer care to understand the mapping and they provided a number to speak to SMEs about the device and it worked for me.
The price is competitive(even cheaper comparing on the google for the same product), Received next day delivery and intercom worked within 5 mins straightforward where I was struggling with Bell intercom earlier because there was no instruction with them. Good job(what else you want)
