We received some very prompt pre ordering help with measuring and ensuring the door lites would fit properly. The lites were delivered in a timely manner and we installed them ourselves. No problems. Very happy with our purchase.

We tried to find a replacement window for our storm door and this was the only company that made one that would fit our door. I was SHOCKED by the ease of ordering, the quality of the window itself, the packaging was amazing (I was so worried it would end up broken after delivery but it was so expertly packed that someone would have had to drive over it to break it), and the fact that it was so easy to install that I could do it myself with only a screwdriver! I highly recommend this company and their products and will definitely order again!

The window I received was 2.25" narrower than I thought I ordered . Had to build out opening with 3/4" PVC strips . Height was on spot .
Not sure if wrong size was on me or them .

The directions were clear and easy to follow. The window itself is well made. We installed it in a solid core door and are very pleased with the result.

The door lite was perfect and as pictured/described on the web site. A very modern design that suited our mid-century home. A BIG improvement to our "curb appeal" at a reasonable cost!

Glass arrived in about 2 weeks, was well packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was easy, although some written instructions might have been helpful. Customer service was quick and helpful in answering questions. New glass is beautiful!

Took a little over 2 weeks for delivery but well worth the wait. The glass is gorgeous and was about half of what I would have spent elsewhere. Installation was fairly easy and has made a world of difference in my front door. Customer service is great and immediately answered questions I had about my order. I'm am very happy with my purchase!
