The website leads you to think that it sells good quality clothing but at sale prices..purports to be UK based and that delivery will be in 4-7 days.

In reality, the shoes I purchased are not good quality, came in a zip plastic bag..no shoe box..with no reference to the company name anywhere. It took 16 days to arrive.

Clearly a glossy website fronting the fact that the products are cheap and shipped from China

This is a scam! please avoid don't buy. Miss leading information on website says product arrives 2-3 days when actually takes over 30+ days you can't refund and emails getting ignored. I had to contact the bank for fraud to get refund.

Avoid this website - fake, poor quality items from the same Chinese factory as Temu. Delivered in a carrier bag with no labels. No response to emails. Please do not give your money to these scum!

They will eventually respond to email (using Ai) and may offer 20% goodwill discount - Thankfully I complained through Barclays and received a refund that way.

Do not buy from them it's a bogus Chinese online company. The address for the premises is a boarded up property in London.

Didn't think it would happen but it did. I've been scammed by this company.I wish like others I had read on Trustpilot first. You think your getting a bargain, fake address in Covent Garden, the quality of the garment is extremely poor. It comes from China.....Avoid This Company, they also have another site advertising Norwegian fleeces ect. Scammers

Please don’t buy nothing online with these fraudsters! Ordered a jumper, they will take your money! Sent an email to say I hadn’t received my item, sent an email back to me saying about a ticket ? And they would be in touch within 24 hrs, that was 4 days ago, in touch with my bank now to claim back what I’ve been robbed of 🤬Bast***s

Ordered two merino wool sweaters which were in sale, took 20 days to arrive and they were not true to size, no tags in the sweaters, i ordered large size and they looked like kids clothing, i requested a refund 5 days ago, they havent responded at all and when i called their customer service number, which was of holland, it went to voicemail, absolute scam, please avoid, you will loose your money.

Scam. A Chinese import company with dubious products not labelled or true to size. Phone contact in Holland! Missleading information on their website. Avoid. You'll lose your money. No UK address and the return address in China is also fake. Worth keeping their AI bot busy if you have a junk email.

I have involved Action Fraud in my situation as I order jacket and it not shown up they ignore all messages also the police been informed fraud at my bank . I have to say I don't believe these are British people these are scum I will update my outcome in next few days it 12th November 2025

Package so damaged Evri refused to deliver it. They do not respond to any messages asking for refund.
They are VERY dodgy. Avoid.

The items are nothing like what is on the website. If the prices are too good to be true, it is. Additionally, the company is in China not in London. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.Take heed at my expense! I wish I could post pictures for all to see.

This website markets itself as a legitimate clothing retailer, listing a London address at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ. In reality, its operations appear to be based in China. Numerous customers, myself included, have reported receiving items of significantly lower quality than advertised. Be warned do not order from this company. The website gives the impression of a reputable clothing company that appears to be clothing of a high quality and class however that is so far from the reality. You will be mistaken to think that your item is being shipped from the UK or within the EU however after 3-4 weeks of the items not arriving you will contact Dorvelle for an update to which you will be be advised its en route being processed at customs , this is the first red flag !! When the shipment arrives you will firstly notice your products are sealed in a cheap and worn clear zipped bag giving the impression that it’s been round the planet. I ordered a pair of men’s shoes and trust me the quality was awful , I have never seen a pair of 40.00 shoes to be so badly made , no labels , no markings , just a plain pair of shoes !! Absolutely shocking !. Forget about asking for a full refund as they expect you to pay the cost to ship back to China , approx 20.00. Nothing is stated in the terms and conditions to state this however they don’t care, they do however offer a 35 percent refund to save you the hassle !, this tells you the quality of the product if they can just hand out this sort of discount. After a dozen or so emails with me refusing to pay for the post to China I accepted the 35 percent discount to which I haven’t received and the shoes went in the bin. Do not be fooled by this scam and stay well clear of this company and tell your family and friends. How they are allowed to operate I don’t understand.

Terrible company. False advertising and really bad quality AVOID at all costs

I wish I had checked here first. Ordered 2 pais of office trainers. After almost 2 weeks they arrived in a jiffy bag. No labels, no idea what they are made from or size as do not fit properly. very poor quality, I would be imbarresed to wear them out. I have emailed for the returns policy and await to see if I get a refund, doubt it looking at the other posts

Ordered a coat which was in sale paid £40 said it was half price, it is definitely not what I expected it's disgusting looks like it would cost a fiver to make shocking, took weeks to come also. Please dont order of this site it's a scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Struggling to return and get a refund for the trousers I bought. The item sent was completely the wrong size and I sense I have lost my money (which I cannot afford to do).

DO NOT buy anyting from them!!! They are scammers from China. Fake website, fake address and fake pictyres on their website. The shirt i've bought for £39 arrived one month later and OMG!!! You can nit imagine the quality, no size tags or or washing instrudction. When I asked for refund they asked to return it to China!! And I will only get very small part of £39 after spending so much money on the post!!!! Please don't buy anything from them!

Absolutely dreadful cheap Chinese crap turns up in a plastic bag no labels no nothing not worth half the price customer service is not responding or picking up phone!!! I have now sent over 11 emails in four days. I’ve now contacted my bank and have wrote to trade in standards. I think this company is fraudulent.!!!!’ Scammers!!!!!!
