For the last 3 weeks I have been trying…
For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment or schedule a phone call with a mortgage officer. I've gotten no response. I've sent emails, visited the branch, was promised that "Mike" from the Grand Blanc branch (Lisa in the Hill Rd. branch sent him a message) would call me and I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm very disappointed.

Worked with a Pierson Rd branch account representative. She was very helpful and asked all the right questions. She provided new debit and credit cards for me at the end of our interview

Timely service
Staff member was ready to receive me at appointed time. Staff member explained the process as we moved forward until completion. Dort Financial provides a secure environment and I have confidence in their ability to provide excellent set.
