Great to deal with on phone and in person, very well organised, pups are kept in clean and dry conditions, we reserved our new family member with small deposit rather than miss out on her and we collected her the following day, she is so loving and settled in quickly, would recommend these kennels, took to vets on day 2 for head to tail check and was told she is a perfect and healthy puppy, thank you all so much during our experience

Friendly and helpful, great place, nice and clean and well organised

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and asked what we was looking for. We were showed to all the different puppies and allowed time to meet them and have a look at them all. Once we found our little one it was a fairly simple process and any questions we asked were answered with lots of knowledge. All the puppies there looked comfy and well cared for and exceptionally clean. We have had no issues at all with our little pup, he has an amazing temperament and once settled in showed us what a lovely personality he has.

Visited DHK last week, didn’t expect it to be so lovely, was told to go and look at all the puppies, as we weren’t sure what we were looking for, all the puppies were absolutely beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful too, no pressure at all, we ended coming home with our lovely little boy Barney, he’s been brilliant, so well behaved, no accidents in the house, we love him to bits, thanks soo much DHK xxx

We were shown around the kennels and we were able to interact with the puppies we were interested in. My Granddaughter had bought a puppy the month before so I had an idea of the sort of puppy I wanted.

Douglass Hall Kennels is such a great place and we absolutely love our Boxer X Bulldog. He's such a great dog and I wouldn't change him for anything.

It's great to see all the other dogs too. Hard to leave without a puppy, that's for sure.

Beautifully looked after puppies. Friendly staff, super helpful and full of advice. Kennels where puppies are kept are warm, and forever being cleaned. Full bowls of food and water. We got our zuchon on 14th Jan, and I have never known a puppy like it, so relaxed, has fit right in with our other dog and family, and beautiful temperament with my 4 year old daughter, healthy and happy and so bloody gorgeous. Douglas hall, we will be back in the future, for a friend for our Bert I’m sure. A great place to visit, if you need a puppy snuggle too.

We have bought 2 puppies over the last year and both are fabulous pets. Dry friendly and helpful staff and no pressure to buy. You can just to visit the puppies for a cuddle. Received a follow up call after purchasing each one

We brought home a Pomapoo and he has given us plenty of fun and joy. Purchasing him was easy and the kennels gave us all the advice we needed, they have even provided after care and have been very supportive. Our dog is lovely

Professional and very helpful, couldn't recommend enough. The puppies there are well looked after and you can tell they are happy. We have had our local vet check our pup he is 100% healthy so no worries there. Our pup settled right in with us and is a massive part of our family already we couldn't be happier.

We found Douglas Hall Kennels online whilst looking for a new family member (dog). Easy to use website with a large variety of different dog breeds including an older puppy section. That is where we found Bonnie, a female Cavapoo who is very cute, calm natured, loves being clapped and getting her belly rubbed but has a playful, cheeky side.

We arranged to collect her and travelled down from Glasgow, the staff are very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the dogs. Gave us great advice, provided everything for the dog, all the papers, registered her microchip and provided an initial bag of food. The staff called us 2 weeks later to check how Bonnie was settling in with the family so, we highly recommend Douglas Hall Kennels if you're looking for a new family member. 5-star service and after care.
