I got an email from DYHS a few days after my order asking for a review, I hadn't received my order yet so thought I'd leave it till it arrived.

Over two weeks have passed and still no order but the money has been taken off my credit card.

So here's where we're at:

Down Your High Street said I get my order in 2 to 3 days but I would be informed when my order was dispatched.

After a few days I'd heard nothing so emailed DYHS, they replied suggesting I contact the retailer directly.

The retailer (DJ shop) said they weren't in stock, so I could have a refund of wait till next month, I said I'd wait.

The next month I contacted DJ shop they said they're still not in stock and would be another couple of weeks, despite their web site and DYHS saying they are in stock and available. Search "rz12a v3"

The DJ shop then said, the items I had ordered (via DYHS) 2 speakers at £159 each had now gone up to £205 each, so if I wanted to wait, I'd have to pay extra.

I've emailed DYHS again today, asking how they can sell things that aren't in stock and they can't get for the price that I've already paid. I paid on credit card thankfully.

Still waiting on delivery of my order said it was 2-3 business days now been a week and haven’t even had a notification to say my order is shipped, yet I am receiving emails asking to review my order?

When I log into my account there is no trace of my order but I am still getting review emails and have had the money taken from my bank.

I don’t expect a response to my email complaint or this review any time soon.

Seeing as I don’t physically have my order and it is already late I can’t leave a positive review.

Excellent website, with great products, very happy with purchase

I recently sent them a complaint by mistake, it was actually intended for one of the retailer's on their platform.
As such they politely replied via email basically "sorry not our problem"
To my knowledge no mention was made to the retailer concerned & no follow up has been made to enquire if the complaint has been resolved or even acknowledged
I accept it's down to the retailer but it's their platform I'm now unhappy with & definitely will no longer use or be recommending
Why do we in the UK fail so dismally in providing adequate customer service when most other countries thrive on it?

Found items that were out of stock on other sites, will definitely look here first In Future

No email confirming my order. Been 4 days since I ordered the product. Sent a email asking and they send me an email asking for a review! Poor customer service.

When I ordered I was told it would arrive in the next 48h qnd it hasn't come in two weeks. I have searched the order number in my order history and it says the order doesn't exits

Easy transaction and found best price for my item.

The site was user friendly, guided you to shops on the basis of your buying preference , kept a track of the order after it was placed with digital invoice from the shop, and sent a delivery confirmation after the product was delivered. Overall a seamless and happy experience

I saw a top I loved and couldn't get my size and DownYourHighStreet had my size and I received it in 3 days.
