import charges half of the items price
The shipping was fine, but I had to pay UPS extra for the import charges. That came out to about half of the purchase order. That was not obvious to me when ordering and if I would have known that I would have tried to find a reseller in my country.

Awesome just couple of suggestions
The customer service was absolutely amazing, I only have 2 things that could be taken in consideration, as a company that serves a lot of different areas of the world I would think of how to shorten the response time from customer service, for me it was usually a day or 2 response time, I do understand the time zone difference so I’m not mad just a possible suggestion. Also another possible suggestion is when u send the code to give the discount for the warranty, yet have us do the whole ordering process ourselves, it would be nice to be able to apply the code yet still be able to customize the product and be able to pay the difference.for example I had the die cast flagship model corded, I wanted to change the color and add the gold ring that cost extra. I was able to change the color but when I added the gold ring option it said code is invalid for this product. I was hoping that the code take the discount and then allow me to pay the difference but wouldn’t let me. So if u could think of a way that if ur doing a warranty code discount make it a discount for the price of warranty object so that if someone changes or customizes they still get the warranty technically by having the discount yet they can pay the difference of the added options. Anyway overall customer service was excellent

I received the wrong item and reached out to customer support, but they have yet to resolve the issue in a timely manner or provide any clear guidance. The lack of communication has been frustrating, and I’m still waiting for a resolution.

Expensive issues
I have purchased thousands of dollars of your products and they all keep breaking. It is the strongest wand I’ve found, but it only seems to last a short time. I have reached out to support for a warranty issue and have not heard back in months.

DO NOT BUY THE DOXY DIE CAST R...
Have been using Doxy corded wand for years and rated it for it's intense vibrations paralleled by none. Bought this wand on the expectation of more power (absolute false advertising) The wand is nowhere near as powerful, or we just got unlucky with a bad motor. It also has no nuance in it's settings compare to the corded wand, lowest setting too high, highest setting you can barely tell the difference.
It is cumbersome, heavy, and completely useless as a vibrator. Whats more we waited ages for the product to arrive, wrote to Doxy and took them over a week to reply. This is either a mistake, or false advertising and a terrible product.
I no longer trust Doxy as a company. After spending a small fortune on something that was promised to have more power I am hugely disappointed. We will be writing them to look for compensation (unlikely) In the meantime writing this to ensure more people don't waste their money.
Go for corded if you're going to go for Doxy at all...

Really great wand
Really great wand, just as powerful as my old Doxy corded. Bought it to replace it. Being rechargeable and cordless much easier to use. But for the price I would have expected a nice box or something like a cloth bag to store it in.

Like pulling teeth
Dental work is no fun either if you are not smiling afterward. And so it goes. Tough to clear the warranty hurdle but in the end the back of my neck is certainly appreciative to be back in service.
