Great Service
Doxzoo offers a great level of control over the document printing with a clear and easy to use interface. The price is great. Each of my documents cost (with postage) around £9.50 each for some really nice quality A4 booklets. You can pay more for a paperback novel! Production was fast and postage was prompt. Very happy with the service and would use again in the future.

Poor response to me reporting defective product.
The hardback book fell apart within minutes of me opening it. When I contacted you with this information, I was told I must have pressed it flat. Rather surprising response considering I have used this service many times in the past and this has never happened before.

Having looked into this, we can see this issue was reviewed by our team and, although the damage appeared consistent with the book being opened flat (which we advise against for this binding type), we still offered a reprint free of charge.
We’re glad we were able to resolve this for you, especially as you have used our service multiple times before without issue. We always aim to be fair and supportive where we can, even when the issue isn’t due to a production fault.
