Paid £10 for “expedited” shipping with a guaranteed delivery date of 4 April. The order arrived on 7 April — three days late — making the extra charge completely pointless.

Charging a premium for faster delivery and then failing to meet the promised date is, frankly, unacceptable. If you cannot deliver on a paid service, you should not be offering it in the first place.

What’s particularly poor is the complete lack of communication — no update, no explanation, no apology. Just a late delivery and silence.

I would strongly caution anyone against paying for express shipping with this company. It appears to be little more than an expensive illusion of service.

I paid £10 based on a delivery date of 4 April. Now I’m being told that this actually only covered “production speed”, while the delivery itself was sent via your slowest, non-guaranteed option. That distinction was certainly not clear at checkout.

If the date shown to customers isn’t something you can realistically meet, then displaying it is misleading — regardless of what’s hidden in tick boxes or fine print.

Blaming Royal Mail and Bank Holidays doesn’t change the fact that I paid a premium for a deadline that was missed.

This feels less like a service issue and more like a pricing model designed to shift responsibility after the fact.

Really easy to submit online and preview layout, and help available on the phone (although the number wasn't easy to find for Wycombe branch) (Greens Ltd.) Online is great but sometimes a quick phone call can straighten out any issues that might have sent me elsewhere without it.

I opted to collect and was looked after by helpful staff.
