Doxzoo have been great recently. I order art prints and they've been packed very well with no damaged products at all (thanks Megan!). The prices are very reasonable, and the products are good quality.

In the past, if I've had any problems they have immediately replaced the damaged prints very quickly, but it's been a long time since I've had any faults at all! Thoroughly recommended!

The item arrived earlier than expected, but the property wasn’t accessible at the time. I selected the arrival date and expected to be delivered around the timeframe. Now the item hasn’t arrived, and there’s no way to access the Royal Mail tracking system very frustrating.

I have ordered from this company before without issue - and any time there has been a fault, they have put it right. My last batch however, unfortunately didn't hold up to the quality of previous orders. The paper (supposed to be 300gsm) was far more flimsy - when I questioned this, they explained that the specification was the same but they had switched to a new supplier - but wouldn't do anything to rectify because the prints were 'perfectly suitable for use'. I'd argue that it would be my call whether they were still suitable for use (given they don't know what I'm using them for!). When comparing the prints to previous 300gsm prints i had ordered from them, the difference was extremely noticeable.

I also ordered over 600 postcards in the same order. These were cut with a blade that wasn't sharp enough - making the edges all ragged and cheap looking. (I sent picture proof to them ) - I was told to 'gently' wipe them and that the excess paper would come away. It didn't, and frankly I don't have the time to individually wipe the edges of 600 postcards.

My only option after being refused a reprint/refund then, was to either return the order to them at my own expense, or cut each print/postcard in half and send photographic proof that I had done so. Only then would they consider rectifying.

Awful customer service - which is a great shame as I have been a loyal customer for a number of years (placing almost 100 orders), and would definitely think twice about using them again. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to others. Why should I pay to return an inferior product? And failing that, sit here wasting my time cutting everything in half - over 700 prints!
