Exceptional service from start to finish
I am so grateful to Alfie from DPB Plumbing, who came today to replace my bathroom radiator and stop tap, as well as install a pressure reducing valve to help with the water hammer issues I’d been experiencing.
I could not be happier with the work Alfie did. Not only is he excellent at his profession and works to the highest standards, but he also took the time to patiently answer all my questions and explain everything to me.
This is the second time I’ve used DPB Plumbing, as I was so happy with the work they did the first time, and coincidentally, it was Alfie who carried out that work too.
I’m sure all the plumbers at DPB are excellent at what they do, but as someone who gets slightly anxious when it comes to water risks and the safety of my property, it makes such a difference to have someone who is compassionate, understanding and happy to answer even the most basic questions without making you feel silly for asking them.
That, alongside the excellent standard of work DPB Plumbing deliver when they’re on site, is what I consider true customer service. I’ll absolutely continue using DPB Plumbing in the future and genuinely could not be happier with the service I’ve received. If you're thinking whether to use DPB absolutely go for it.

Platinum Cover is worth every penny!
The platinum cover is such good value for money and provides an excellent service. I didnt expect such a quick resonse when i called on a Sunday, but in a very short time I had a call back from the plumbing engineer giving me an appt for that afternoon. He turned up on time, did the repair qickly and efficiently, was friendly, polite and left no mess. I totally recommend DPB to anyone.

Great service and care.
We need a new kitchen mixer tap as the old one was witholding cold water pressure 😅. So after contacting my landlady DPB Plumbing came out after a couple of days and after having a quick look they agreed a new tap was needed. So the gentleman went and bought one and came back to fit it. Now we have great water pressure coming out.

Absolute outstanding service
Absolute outstanding service, we had an emergency after a trip and fall against a radiator that started pouring water out.We were a new customer to them but after speaking to Kimberley we had Jamie on site in forty minutes and the problem was rectified. Jamie’s an excellent tradesman with great customer communication skills a credit to your crew. Thanks to all.

Positive experience from start to finish
I went to DPB plumbing ‘walk in’ business on Falsgrave Road, Scarborough (which opens early) where I was met by Emma who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Although my request, to install a 45kg radiator wasn’t an emergency, I was updated and Alfie and James arrived later that day to complete the task as their other job had finished a little earlier than expected. Alfie and James were efficient, tidy, professional and again, extremely helpful in answering my queries about the fixings of the radiator. The job was completed quickly and it looks great. The follow up call from Kimberly was again perfectly pitched.
I have zero concerns about highly recommending this company and their staff. Thank you team!
