Gren visited my property today to complete maintenance on my boiler. Had issues with accessing loft hatch as landlord didn’t provide key. Hewer then sorted this out on behalf of landlord so the job... Ver más

Been with Hewers for a number of years…

Been with Hewers for a number of years under their failsafe plan.....receptionist girls and engineers you cannot really fault. Today though was an exception, Alan and Alfie visited to service my boiler, nothing was too much trouble, put me at ease, chatty friendly and professional (without losing their humour) they were both lovely (plus did a thorough job)

Fantastic Service

The engineer for our annual gas service this morning was excellent.
He was a very polite, informative, friendly man and respectful to our propert.
He was diligent in his work and he left the bathroom in a the clean and tidy state it was in when he arrived.

He is a credit to your company.

Ryan gough was amazing 🤩 literally amazing the state of my old boiler was absolutely disgusting , it took him a while to get it off the wall . He loved my dogs and I can say now my Gsds don’t like men really , he even tidied up after 10/10 if I could give higher I would Thankyou Hewer but Thankyou to Ryan brilliant job done lynne 😊 immaculate job done 😊

Broken boiler

I had the pleasure of meeting 3 employees due to loss of heating and each team member was incredibly polite and more than happy to explain to me what was going on. Everyone genuinely cared about helping my family home and Mohammed Rahim conducted the final visit and with his expertise he managed to get heat back in my home. They are a credit to the company and I couldn't be happier with their service

Alex and Gregg did a heat pump service for me. Very knowledgeable guys. The y corrected all faults ans balanced the system. First class service!

I had an apprentice

I had an apprentice, Alfie Evan’s and working with him I’ve realised he can be left alone and he is very trustworthy and great at his job. He is very respectful towards customers and has a great work ethic. One of the best apprentices I have ever had.

Failsafe Plan-Boiler Service

As part of the Failsafe Plan, Grenville carried out our annual boiler service today.

As usual, all was done professionally and politely, with no issues identified.

Heating issues.

After having no heating for over 36 days, Kenny was sent as a lead engineer to find what was the issue was.

It was evident that his knowledge and experience as a engineer are second to none and he resolved the issue smoothly. Filling me with confidence that when he left i knew I would have working heating and hot water.

A very friendly and polite person, I will 100% be recommending him to anyone that has boiler issues in the future.

Our dogs had chewed the cable to our air source heat pump. Gregg came out and was very efficient and explained everything! We will be using them again in the future and recommending 100%.

Friendly receptionist when I got the date wrong!
Engineer came on time, did the job, explained what he had done, spotted and put right an additional minor fault.
Friendly and polite.
What more could I want?

After trying to find a ground source…

After trying to find a ground source heating engineer in our region we came across Hewer. From the very start they made everything very easy for us. They (Hewer and the engineer) were fantastic & we now have peace of mind that our boiler will be running as efficiently as possible. We have also made contact regarding further services for next year. Highly recommend ⭐

Upsetting

The heating engineer who did the original assessment in October seemed completely clueless & his jokey attitude wore off very quickly, Unfortunately I went with the same company as it was expensive to get another engineer out from a different company, but I wished I had. The engineer cursed my Worcester boiler when he came back to do the work and didn't seem to know how to start. Luckily he had a 'student' Rick with him who calmed him down and started working. The bill was over £400 to switch a Google thermostat for a Hive. I will never contact this company again.
