I would not recommend DPH Legal based on my experience with a workplace settlement agreement.
I found the service to be unprofessional, with poor communication throughout, weak time management, and a lack of meaningful support when it was most needed. Concerns that were raised respectfully were met in a confrontational manner rather than being addressed constructively.
Delays, lack of responsiveness, and missed expectations added significant and unnecessary stress during an already challenging situation. I was often left progressing matters independently, despite paying for legal advice.
Overall, I do not feel I received the level of service, professionalism, or support that I was led to expect.

I cannot recommend Sacha Carey highly enough. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she was both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely empathetic. Najia supported me through a settlement agreement that needed to be turned around quickly and which also spanned over the xmas and new year holiday period. She successfully put a pause on the redundancy process and helped me with a DSAR request which eventually resulted in a positive outcome.
