Would not refund or exchange a faulty item
Would not refund or exchange an acknowledged faulty leather watch strap until I threatened them with Fair Trading, who informed me that I should be able to get either. I was a long time customer; I am no longer.

Hello Jackie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. We appreciate everybody's feedback so we can improve our service. After speaking with the staff members at our Brookvale store and taking a look at our records, I can see that when you visited with the watch band, our staff explained to you that it would need to be exchanged under the manufacturer's warranty as the band had been used for a couple of months. As this was a weekend, we would need to wait to contact the manufacturer on Monday. On Monday, we advised you that we would exchange the watch band, at no charge to you. Unfortunately, your watch was not a simple watch band attachment and would require our watchmaker to remove and fit the band. as well as allow some time for the replacement band to be delivered to us. I believe you then decided you would prefer a refund to which we facilitated also. We're terribly sorry that you believe this process was a 1 star experience, but we did everything we would normally do in this situation and facilitated your requests promptly.

Dracakis does another excellent repair for my heirloom jewellery! Worth the drive from the City
